Luxury waterfront home with a heated pool and spa!

We recently stayed at this property and while there were some positives, there were several issues that made our stay less enjoyable than expected. Upon arrival, the cleanliness was a major concern. The floors were visibly dirty our feet were black from walking barefoot, which made it clear they hadn’t been properly cleaned. The home also had a musty smell and didn’t feel clean overall. There were very minimal supplies provided. No general cleaning supplies or laundry detergent were provided, which was especially frustrating given the checkout expectations.The checkout instructions require guests to replace used items and to wash towels and linens, but without detergent being provided. This felt unreasonable and is not something we’ve experienced with other rentals.There were also a few safety concerns. The upstairs bathroom door did not lock, & the home is NOT toddler-friendly. Our toddler was injured by misplaced glass left out when we arrived, which was very concerning. This is not a child friendly home. For those bringing a boat, be aware that access is very dependent on tide levels. We were initially told our boat would be able to pass through with prior contact, but no one mentioned the limitations due to tides. Parking is also limited. Which resulted in us having to pay extra to store our boat and trailer at a local dock.On a positive note, the location is great centrally located on a main road with plenty of restaurants and conveniences nearby.

We had a wonderful week! The location was great with the restaurants and shops nearby. It was a short walk/golf cart ride to the beach. The kids and adults loved the pool and hot tub. We rented a boat and enjoyed fishing. This house is absolutely ideal for a family vacation!

This property was perfect! Having visited Anna Maria many times, we were excited to stay right on Pine Ave with all of the shops and small restaurants. Out back was so peaceful and tranquil, the pool was perfect and canal just beautiful. We were able to truly relax outback and walk out the front door to grab food and shop. I enjoyed our time here immensely and would definitely rent this home again.

This house was in a perfect location on the island. Lots of shopping, food, and alcohol drink spots. The house had plenty of room for my 4 kids and their friends. The garage held 3 cars and two golf carts. We all fished off the dock in the backyard. The hot tub and pool were used frequently. The house itself is a little dated. The bedrooms were very large and accommodating. The elevator was an added bonus for getting luggage up and down. I would definitely recommend this house. The property management was quick to respond to any questions. I had zero problems with the house or the property management.

We were a group of ten, 6 adults and 4 kids, this place was perfect for us! We rented a boat and was able to take advantage of the dock. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The hose manager was responsive and very helpful.

Main issue was AC was not working but property manager was very attentive and got it repaired Location in the canal was perfect and we even caught some fish on the dock. Would recommend a Krueger machine
