Luxury Waterfront Home Perfect for a Family Getaway

Great place to stay if you have a large family. Loved hanging out at the pool and deck areas. Close to the beaches. Kristi was a wonderful host. Would recommend to anyone visiting that area.

We had a wonderful stay with 3 other families and our boys!

We had a wonderful stay at the house. There was plenty of space for the 12 of us, ages ranging 1-75. They recently added a dock which was perfect for fishing and enjoying the sunset. The only drawback was that the pictures could be updated (we thought one of the rooms has two twins but they were all queens/kings). In the end, it was no biggie as there was plenty of space for sleeping! We spent many days swimming, reading, and relaxing on the deck. Thanks Kristi!

Took my kids here and had a blast. House has everything you need and a beautiful new dock to relax and fish off of. Will definitely rent again!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This property is very comfortable and all the thoughtful additional touches were thoroughly appreciated.

There were 12 of us(all family ages 10-61) and everyone loved this home! There were escapes all through out the house and outside. Places to gather , places to sit alone and gorgeous views from every spot. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed and lots of fridge space, sinks, and dining areas. Couldn't have enjoyed it more! Highly recommend this property :-)

First off the house is absolutely executive level! But as soon as you walk in it has such a homey feel to it. The décor inside is amazing, very comfortable and well thought out. The view from the home towards the river is absolutely amazing. Literally a million-dollar view by itself. The neighborhood is very quiet and tucked away. Kristi Is an amazing host available to answer any questions if the need arises. The homes amenities are meant to entertain. The pool area is beautiful. Nice fire pit outside with sitting area that lights up with the flick of a switch. This was great for making smores. My son and I went out on the kayaks that were provided and paddled around on the river. Our out-of-town guests were absolutely amazed. If you are the type of person that is hard to impress rest assured you will be!! Thank you so much for the great stay Kristi! We will definitely rent again.

We were there 5 adults and 5 kids (ages 2-9) and had an absolutely wonderful stay. The house is upscale, very comfortable inside and beautiful outside with a pool, a lawn and the gorgeous water. The place was clean and well organized upon arrival and the owner Kristi was reachable through out our stay. I would definitely recommend and hope to be back!

What an amazing week we had with our 7 kids! Kristi's home can not be adequately captured in her beautiful photos..... It's somehow so much better. Open, airy, spotless, relaxing, cozy, fun, comfortable..... all describe this beautifully renovated home. We had more than enough space for our family. I've stayed at a lot of short term rentals, and this is by far our favorite. Everything you could need from the kitchen to the bathrooms is available. It was the perfect mixture of fun and relaxation for us. Paddle boards and kayaks (provided by the host) were taken out on the river daily. The pool was a perfect way to spend afternoons/ early evenings that we weren't out. There are lots of family games available, so we had some friendly family team competition throughout the week. My husband, adult kids (3,) and I commented multiple times throughout the week about how this was the perfect vacation combination of relaxation, rejuvenation, and planned fun. We enjoyed a day at Cocoa beach and a day at the Space Center both about 20 min. away, and then just enjoyed all that this home and the river have to offer the rest of the days. Kristi was the perfect host and very responsive and easy to communicate with. We are already talking about when we will be returning.
