Luxury Waterfront Condo Close to Fort Myers Beach and Golf Courses!

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful month at this beautiful property. The condo is very spacious and roomy -- well-equipped and family-friendly. Good location with easy access to many activities, restaurants, and the airport. Pool a real plus. We also enjoyed golf at local courses and pre-season baseball games during our stay. Great communication with owners before and during our stay. They are very accommodating. Wonderful community -- friendly and welcoming. Extremely clean upon arrival. Highly recommend this property!

This was my second time at this property. The community is great. The condo is beautiful. The condo owners were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. I plan to rent again.

This property is very clean and comfortable in a great location. The kitchen was well stocked. The furniture and the beds were comfortable. You are literally 5-15 minutes from many eating establishments and 15-20 minutes from the the beach. Most convenient location we have stayed at in Ft. Myers. The community pool is well heated and the people are all very friendly. We highly recommend this property and the location.

As our second winter at this property it is apparent that we liked it. What I would like to add this year is how friendly everyone was. It doesn’t matter if you are a renter or an owner everyone is so nice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. Very spacious and clean with a nice lanai to enjoy the view of the pond. It has everything you need for a fun relaxing vacation!

We really enjoyed staying at this lovely condo. It was comfortable and well equipped. The neighbors were friendly, the work-out room and pool were great. we look forward to coming back next year.

This condo was everything we hoped it would be and more! The unit was clean, well appointed, ideally situated (walking distance to pool and clubhouse) and perfectly laid out for our family. Avalon Preserve is located close to stores, restaurants and Fort Myers Beach. Kevin, the property owner, was easy to communicate with and ensured our stay was perfect. We would 100% stay here again.

We had an amazing month at this beautiful condo. We had family come and go throughout the month and lots of room for everyone. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable with plenty of linens and towels (even beach towels which was a bonus). The kitchen is amply supplied with everything we needed to cook meals and the lanais is a beautiful spot to enjoy coffee in the morning and an occasional meal. The grounds are nice and we enjoyed using the pool and hot tub almost daily along with the fitness room. We couldn’t have asked for better neighbors below us. The owners are great and very responsive when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo with all amenities. Could use an end table with a lamp for reading in living room. Other than that, perfect! Nice and quiet. Short Walk to well kept and not busy Pool Exercise room adequate. Close to shopping and beaches
