Luxury villa 12mins to strip

Very lovely home away from the strip. Great place for a family. Hosts were very accommodating.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but people need to be aware. This is advertised as a new, luxury property. This house is not new. It is newer, probably around 5 years old, but definitely not new anymore, and definitely not as clean as new. Upon arrival to the property there were weeds and leaves all over the yard and front porch. Business cards from cleaning companies littered the front porch and were stuck on the front door. We were in a hurry so we put out things inside, changed our clothing and hurried on our schedule. Later that night (10 pm) when we returned, we had a chance to really go through the house. We were sickened at how dirty it was. The kitchen had a puddle on the floor from a pipe leak, appliances were not wiped off and crumbs were in the drawers and air fryer. Walls were filthy going up the stairs and bathrooms had not been cleaned as there were soapy spots all over shower door and mirror in front of the sink. I could go on with more details. Admittedly I should have addressed this with owner as soon as I realized how bad it was, but we had paid and were on tight schedule. It was late to be looking for somewhere else to go. I feel like this place is falsely advertising as NEW and CLEAN. So disappointed and angry they can mislead people with their ad for this property. This house seemed more lived in on a regular basis than a rental that is cleaned after each guest.

Very nice house, good location and the owner was responsive and helpful. We would for sure rent this property again.

This property was very user friendly with many amenities. It was perfect for our team, a lot of space and very comfortable. Location was great and enjoyed the Smith’s and Starbucks near by. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you ?
