Stayed Jan 1, 2026This unit was a great value for the amount of space and quality. The hot tub was very nice. It was a little bit of a walk from our unit, but towels were provided there and it was not crowded. The unit was extremely nice with master suite on the lower level, kitchen and living room on the mid levels, and 2 'kids' bedrooms on the upper level. During our stay the walk to the ski lift and/or bus stop was dangerous due to ice, so it worked out best for us to drive to the slopes. There was a shuttle there sometimes but it was unclear if we were really supposed to be using it. During less icy conditions I would just walk to the Cascade Village lift, which is very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Mar 12, 2023The condo was really lovely. We had 4 teenagers and two adults. The teenagers loved having the two rooms upstairs and my husband and I enjoyed being on the ground floor. The living area & kitchen were set up nicely. We liked the location within Coldstream, it was tucked back in the corner of the complex and the view from the living room was lovely. The fireplace in the living room was awesome. My only constructive criticism is we cooked most of the time we were there and two small skillets and only one baking sheet made it a challenge. A larger skillet or two and at least one more baking sheet would have made cooking less time consuming and easier but seriously, that is the only thing I can come up with to criticize. Beds were comfy, it was nice being able to wash clothes, we had a little leak in the dishwasher and we called it in and management sent someone that day to make the repair. Check in and out was a breeze.....a great stay!

Stayed Mar 1, 2023The condo is beautiful and very clean. We were two families, and everyone was comfortable. The house had everything we needed, and the property manager was clear and frequent in their communication. The location is unbeatable. We could walk to Vail's chair 20 by the Grand Hyatt in less than 10 minutes. You can even rent skis right there at the Hyatt if you want. We knew the condo was close to the lift from the listing, but I was still surprised at how easy it was to just walk to the lift and then be able to access all of Vail ski resort. Awesome way get on the mountain without having to deal with the chaos of Vail Village. Then at the end of the day, we just hopped a quick shuttle home. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and I hope I get to!

Stayed Mar 5, 20225 minute walk to Grand Hyatt and ski lift. Can leave equipment there overnight making walk easier. Ski slope access with no bus ride and not paying slope side prices. Community Outdoor hot tub has warm sauna changing area that is nice.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Despite my suggestions for improvement, the property exceeded my expectations. I would strongly consider renting again if the upstairs beds were upgraded to queens from doubles. You were helpful and easy to work with.

Stayed Feb 12, 2022This condo is an adequate place to stay for a ski vacation at Vail, but not great. Our party consisted of six adults - my wife and I, our two kids in their 20s, and two friends of theirs. The living and dining areas were good for a group this size - plenty of space and the couch was very comfortable. The master bedroom also has a lot of space and a great shower, but the desk is very unsteady. The upstairs bedrooms were fine. The apartment was generally clean other than some stains on the carpet. But there were several disappointments: - Not conveniently located to the Cascade lift - it’s either a long walk in ski boots or a long, slightly uphill traverse on skis. Skiing back in is easier. You are not allowed to use the ski storage at the Hyatt, which is only for Hyatt guests. - Garage is too small for a large SVU - we rented a GMC Yukon and had to park it in an uncovered guest spot. - The upstairs bathrooms seem like a single bathroom that was divided into two bathrooms. As a result, they are very small, especially the showers. Both showers also leak badly. - There is only one humidifier in the whole apartment. We have never stayed anywhere in the CO mountains that didn’t have a humidifier in every bedroom. - Minimal staples on arrival - no tissues or salt & pepper. - The refrigerator is old and the ice dispenser doesn’t work. Overall, this is a decent place to stay as long as your expectations aren’t too high.

Stayed Feb 2, 2022We all had a great time! With the easy access to the lifts that were only a 10 minute walk away, this was very comfortable place to use as our homebase for our visit
