Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this unit is great, you can walk to the main pool or theater within minutes. We walked to the main area every morning for iced coffee and then walked around the big lake. We had an issue with smoke detector and they had someone come fix it ASAP - extremely easy to work with.The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of serving plates etc Large TV in living and bedroom were a plus The only slight negative would be the furniture in sitting area, it’s very hard to- but we were busy doing things outside so it bother us too much

Location to main pool area is great, the quad pool is literally steps out your back door. We also loved the big kitchen table, used it multiple times for group games/cards!

Reviewer Comments: I recently had the pleasure of staying at a rental townhouse condo in Florida, and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the sheer beauty and luxury this property had to offer.The condo itself was absolutely stunning, featuring spacious rooms and impeccable furniture. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, with tasteful decor and an abundance of large TVs throughout the space. It truly felt like a home away from home.One of the highlights of my stay was the private small pool located just out back. It provided the perfect oasis to relax and cool off on those warm Florida afternoons. But that's not all - the larger resort-style pool with a tiki bar was an absolute dream. The pool area was beautifully designed, with comfortable lounge chairs, vibrant landscaping, and a serene atmosphere. The tiki bar offered an impressive selection of food and drinks, making it the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the Florida sun.Adding to the charm of this rental was the nearby small movie theater. It was a delightful surprise to have such a convenient amenity just a stone's throw away from the large pool. Whether I wanted to catch a new release or simply enjoy a classic film, the theater provided a fantastic entertainment option for a relaxed evening.Speaking of relaxation, the beautiful weather and meticulously maintained landscaping added to the overall appeal of the property. Every step I took was met with lush greenery and stunning floral displays. It truly felt like a tropical paradise, and I found myself constantly in awe of the natural beauty surrounding me.The location of the rental townhouse was another standout feature. With a short drive to Fort Myers Beach, I was able to indulge in the sun, sand, and surf whenever I desired. The convenience of being near the beach allowed me to make the most of my stay and create unforgettable memories.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was in general a nice place. Spacious, good condition. We stayed for a month. Unit was well situated, close to main pool and amenities with the separate quad pool right behind you. The neighbors were lovely and welcoming. The majority of furniture, pots/pans are older, but in good condition. The unit was missing basics such as aluminum foil, laundry detergent, toiletries, tissues, vacuum etc. Items like paper towel and toilet paper are 1-2 rolls. We had significant safety issues with the cleaning, which the reality agency partially compensated us for at the end. Overall I would stay in paseo again, perhaps in a more updated unit, and with a realty company that sends a person to do a walk through to assess the cleanliness of the unit prior to guest arrival.

This property exceeded our expectations. The condo was exquisite and provided all of our needs. Quiet, roomy, beautifully furnished with attention to every detail and a well-stocked kitchen. Also, having a garage for our car was so convenient. My husband and I also loved to walk around the community setting. People were friendly and the landscaping is beautifully maintained. The unit had two porches also that were private and so relaxing. The property management was easy to work with we’re quick to respond to any question or concern. Also, the location is convenient to shopping and major highways. We would highly recommend this property.
