Luxury townhouse in Atlanta

VERY disappointed in the entire stay. Dirty house from top to bottom, even outside the only door to the rear. Entertainment room tv has not power cord for amazon stick. remotes missing batteries. No items clean the house. Stove unusable for Christmas dinner as it was filthy and disgusting. Beds are not as advertised, small queens in place of normal Queens sized beds. No protection at stairs for family's that stay at the location. Security is an issue as one side of the security gates never close and people just drive in through the open side. I have so many pictures that I wish I could upload to show you the state of the house and also what we did to have it usable. Even the dining table grooves are filled with dirt and debris and all sorts of left overs from past visitors.

Booking was easy, after that it went downhill. Cleaning lady was still at property upon arrival, we waited- no big deal. House was NOT clean. 2 broken sinks, dusty fans, carpet not vacuumed but they want you to take your shoes off when you go upstairs. Table in the living room wasn’t stable. Legs were simply placed under it but weren’t attached to it. FINESSE ALERT! The pool table (which sold us on the property) was trash! Missing a ball, unbalanced, “refurbished” and nothing like the pictures. Put together with duct tape and PVC pipes. We all felt like we were gonna fall through the shower every time. Host had the audacity to ask me to open the door for the Terminix guy during my stay, who sprayed the front door and knobs with some crazy chemical and we touched it not knowing it was all wet. You can’t make this stuff up. We are Veterans that lived in much worse conditions so we made the best of the situation & our time, but don’t book this place. Gated community was just about the only promise kept. ADMIRE THE HUSTLE, but way too many shortcuts were taken to make this property dream come true. Still waiting on some kind of refund for this fraud of a rental experience…

Ashton is an AMAZING host. We absolutely loved staying here. The property looked just like the pictures and Ashton was extremely nice. We found out we both graduated from FAMU. I highly recommend this property, we're definitely going to book him for our next trip to Atlanta.

Our family had to come up for a funeral. Ashton had everything prepared for us. Thanks Again!

This was not a pleasant experience. We arrived at check in according to booking instructions and the property was not ready until 4 hrs later. I requested a partial refund , however property owner did not consider granting the request.

Christmas Eve me and my kids had a booking for this house. However, on the day of check in my reservations was canceled 2hours before check in. Vrbo gave me a refund but told me it wouldn’t be available until 5-7 business days. Me and my kids had no place to go and I was out of money to rent another place.

It was a great stay and the place was better then expected.

The place was exactly as pictured. The neighborhood you had to ride through to get to the location was a little sketchy, but once you entered the townhome community it was great and very quiet. Ashton was an awesome host. Great communication from Ashton. He immediately replied to all of my texts and questions. He even came over Christmas Eve night at 7:30 pm to bring us another Roku after we discovered the prior tenants stole the device. I would stay here again or with this host at another property. I highly recommend giving this place a chance.
