Luxury Townhouse at Loon Mountain - 4 bed/3.5 bath with all amenities sleeps 10+

The space was absolutely beautiful. I had a second family staying, my mom and brother and it was spacious enough for all. I booked it for a wedding I was having up the street and the master bedroom was perfect for the getting ready pictures as it was huge and very bright. There was ample parking in the front for guests and overall the location was quiet and beautiful.

Perfect location for attending the NH Scots Highland Games. 10 women cooking meals together and the kitchen had everything we needed. Sleeping accommodations are plentiful. LOVE staying at this condo.

Beautiful house and very close to loon

Our third time staying at this great condo! Very spacious and clean with plenty of room for our family. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of linens/towels for everyone, comfy beds. Perfect location for all that Lincoln and the surrounding areas have to offer. Already booked for next year!

We had a wonderful stay in the White Mountains. The house is exactly as described with comfortable beds and we had a lot of room to spread out and relax after our hiking adventures.

This large home welcoming, very clean and well equipped and easily accommodated our 3 generation family. Communication with the owner was prompt and thorough. We have vacationed in this area for many years and this home would be our first choice for future stays!

Beautiful, well-appointed condominium strategically located in Lincoln, NH near the Kancamagus Highway and many restaurants attractions.

We visit Lincoln every summer and really enjoyed the layout of this house. Plenty of room for the whole family to sleep and everyone was very comfortable! Will definitely be back!

We had a great time at Cathy's townhouse. Plenty of space for two families. Kids loved the bonus space in basement. Very close to Loon Mtn. as well as shopping & restaurants. We would definitely rent again.

Very nice property with plenty of room

These condos at Forest Ridge are perfect for a group attending the Scottish Festival. Free parking to catch the shuttle bus. Very well appointed condos with everything you need. My group of girlfriends has been renting condos at Forest Ridge for over 10 years and this particular property is our favorite. I can imagine it would be perfect for a family of skiers.

The house is great and the property owner was very nice and responsive. The pictures of the bathrooms are slightly off because the master has a double sink and separate large shower so it’s even better than pictured but no jacuzzi tub. The master does not have curtains in the top of the window in the bedroom so it’s very bright in the morning when the sun comes up, which was the only draw back. Otherwise great stay and would return.

We had a wonderful stay on this property!! Plenty of space for 4 kids and 4 adults. It was clean, tons of space for sleeping and playing, and an excellent location close to everything!! We went to Hobo mini golf, Loon to ride the gondola and explore the caves, to Cascade Park to play in the Pemi river, the Pemi arcade, enjoyed the indoor pool on property, and took a trip to Santa’s village (just under an hour). We had a great time and the hosts were responsive when questions arose. Thanks for a great stay!

Great property! It is our second time staying there and is the nicest property we have stayed at in Lincoln. Perfect location for all that the Lincoln area has to offer. Very comfortable for our family of 7 adults and one infant. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of linens - including pool/river towels. Clean and welcoming~!

Beautiful and well appointed three level condo with spacious room for all.

The house is beautiful and spacious. It was perfect for our two families to stay for the week with plenty of room the spread out. The kids enjoyed rollerblading, playing pickleball, basketball and swimming in the clean indoor and outdoor pools. We had an issue with the refrigerator and within a few minutes of reporting this to the owners we received a phone call and a service request was put in. The fridge was fixed that afternoon and we continued to receive communication from the property managers. We would definitely love to rent this townhouse again next summer.

The Condo is very modern and well equipped with all you need! Short distance to all attractions. Would definitely stay again!

This was a perfect spot for our family reunion. We had plenty of room to enjoy meals and games for all ages. The unit was fully stocked with linens and paper products and Price Chopper was easily accessible for what we needed for meals. We had 4 families spread out over 5 units in this neighborhood and we all had plenty to do. Between the clubhouse and local activities we were as busy or as relaxed as we chose to be. Loon Mountain gondola and other outdoor adventures were perfect also for all ages. Speaking outside this neighborhood, the Common Man restaurant was great but I think we would pass on Gordi’s Fish & Steakhouse next time. Our Host was terrific - easy to stay in contact with for sure. Would highly recommend for year round enjoyment.

The house was nicely decorated and had all the amenities we needed. We literally had a fight over who got the master bedroom because it was just amazing! I believe it had a brand new shower and it was gorgeous. The water pressure on the fridge was tremendously fast, which made the water drinkers very happy. all in all, it was a very comfortable home to spend a weekend!
