Luxury Townhome with Amazing View

Wonderful townhouse with a well-equipped kitchen in a great neighborhood.

Our second stay at this property and again it was wonderful. Janice, our host has provided everything including all information regarding the property and businesses nearby. She is always available and quick to respond to any questions. Hope to make this an annual stay.

We enjoyed the townhouse and our visit to Seattle. Be prepared for stairs in the townhouse and lots of hills in Seattle. We opted to pay 25 per day to park nearer to the waterfront on the days we visited. I suggest getting the Seattle Pass to save on activities. We enjoyed the new aquarium, a boat cruise, the Space Needle, University of WA campus, the Wings Over Washington 3-D movie, Chuhiliy Glass Museum, the Nordic Museum, and lots of other places as well as restaurants. Great visit and would stay in the townhouse again.

Absolutely beautiful townhome in a wonderful location! Loved being able to walk to the little grocery store, bakery and a few little local bars.

This property is extremely well appointed and clean. The propery manager is alway available for questions and is very nice. Having a garage for parking is a big plus if you have a car because street parking is very limited.I can't say enough positives about this rental.

By far the best property we've stayed at by way of cleanliness, view, and generosity of the host to provide amenities.

This was such a nice stay and all the little things were available (coffee/filters/tissues). It had nice electric fireplace and high quality sheets and towels. When it was raining each day and we were visiting with our children… it was just so comfortable and felt like home.

Very private, clean, and comfortable accommodations in a lovely neighborhood that was convenient to where we needed to be over Thanksgiving. Janice the property manager is responsive and easy to communicate with. We've stayed there before and plan to return again!

Host and property were wonderful. I hope we have the opportunity to stay here again.

Three days and just had a great time. Condo was in an excellent neighborhood and had a great view of the harbor. All good.

The property is just as beautiful in real life as in the photos. Very comfortable home with a great view and a well stocked kitchen (and board game selection!). Since we were in town for almost a week and wanted the flexibility to cook at least a few meals at home, we were grateful the essentials (like coffee filters, salt, pepper, plastic wrap, Tupperware, etc) were provided. With most vacation rentals omitting such amenities, it was a welcome return to past practice. Would absolutely stay again!

We had a fabulous stay! The property was beautiful, including the view of the sound from the roof deck. The kitchen was so well stocked that we were able to host friends for dinner. It was in a quiet location but near to the city and to interesting neighborhoods with cafes/restaurants. I would love to return someday soon!

This property met all of our needs, as some of us still must work online during part of our stay. The title describes why we like it, in addition to an amazing view of the water. We were not used to parking on hilly streets or that there is only one drive lane available for both way traffic, but this appeared to be a problem with many/most streets in this area. We would stay here again, but likely rent a smaller vehicle.

The house is very clean and well-kept. We enjoyed our stay here. The only drawback is that the house has just one AC unit on the main floor and another unit on the top floor bedroom. The AC was very loud, but if you turn it off, the room gets very hot. The week we stayed there, Seattle was having a hot streak, so a couple of nights were uncomfortable. The lower bedroom doesn't have AC, just a fan, so this room also gets pretty hot in the afternoons.

This townhome was perfect for our family of 4. We loved the views of the mountains and Puget Sound. The Queen Anne location was perfect in proximity to all the Seattle excursions we had planned. Would stay here again.

This was our third time staying at this rental and we loved it again. Janice is a thoughtful host. We had everything we needed, the rental was spotless and communication was quick and easy. The neighborhood is great for walks, there are several grocery stores close by and it's easy to get to everything in Seattle from there. Highly recommend this rental!

We liked the amenities. The neighborhood was difficult to drive in-very narrow with cars on both sides and blind spots when turning. Only could get one car through at a time. Alley and garage also very narrow. Cars and trash cans made entering and leaving difficult. Liked its proximity to activities. It was clean and comfortable.

This home was everything and then some as described! Having your own personal garage that can accommodate a small SUV was so welcomed to have as street parking could be challenging at times. Janice was great in her communications and immediately picked up when calling. The home was well stocked, from kitchen appliances, iron & board, to bathroom towels, hand soap and body wash. Love having the washer and dryer, so coming home with clean clothes is always a plus. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet! The views off the top patio are amazing, especially those days when the clouds break in you’re able to see Mount Rainier. The location was perfect for us as it allowed us to visit downtown Seattle and all the major attractions within 10 to 15 minutes. Highly recommend!
