Wonderful condo near the heart of watercolor, overlooking the park. Convenient yet quiet. Great parking, comfortable beds and wonderfully updated comfortable decor. Bonus sea style Christmas tree delightful touch! Lisa was a great host, and extremely accommodating. Great stocked modern kitchen. Nook beds perfect for kids. Can’t go wrong with this one- We will definitely be back!

The place was very nice, location great. It is in a nice area close to the Watercolor Inn hotel and the reception venue we attended. For the price, it would have been nice to have a welcome basket or some refreshments - just a personal touch would have made it 5 stars.

We loved how close this property was to the Watercolor Beach club and the beach! It was also the perfect size for me, my husband and our two young children (6 and 4). Property is clean and well maintained. Kitchen has everything you need. Only minor thing to note was how squeaky the stairs were (which I only mention in case you have young kids sleeping that you don't want to wake up). We'd for sure stay here again in the future!!!

The Watercolor resort is wonderful and the location of this property is perfectly situated. It is quiet, but super close to the beach club and downtown Seaside. The owner was so easy to work with and made our stay one to remember. We will definitely be back.

This was our first time to Watercolor. House was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 young teens. Location couldn't be beat as it was a 1 minute walk/bike to the beach club where we spent most of our time (kids were to a little too old for Camp Watercolor). Beds were comfy, bathrooms spacious, kitchen had some basic staples. House was super clean and upper patio was perfect for reading and morning coffee.We didn't have a car so we ordered grocery pickup and had airport taxi drop by on way to house. We rented beach chairs, but probably could have skipped that and just reserved day of. House came with 2 bikes. Kids rentals were a must do and you can walk to the Bike Barn which is 2 blocks away. Easy bike over to seaside where all the food trucks and shops are. Spring break is chilly so pack pants/sweaters for evening.I would 1000% stay here again!!

Great location! Super close to beach/watercolor amenities! Property manager/owner were very responsive! Overall property was very clean except for the steps going to the second floor. Would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I stayed here together and couldn’t be more happy. The location is perfect. Within walking distance to downtown Seaside and practically across the street from the Beach Club. Lisa was an incredible host and even helped us out booking an additional day after a last minute flight change. You would be hard pressed to find a better spot! This townhome was incredible. Looking forward to coming back again.

This was the perfect stay for our family of 5. The kids loved the bunk room and we had plenty of space upstairs to relax, make meals, etc. The location can’t be beat! It was an easy walk to the Beach Club/beach and we loved walking to grab coffee or treats for the kids at the candy shop. Would highly recommend this place!

My husband and our two boys (ages 4 and 6) really enjoyed our time here! Kitchen had all cooking essentials, including olive oil, spices, etc. The included bike rentals were a great perk too! The boys loved the boogie boards and sand toys, and of course the bunk nook! We were a little bummed we didn’t have a golf cart, but the walk to the beach club was about 4 minutes so we didn’t mind at all! We had absolutely no issues and would highly recommend :)

Great location and conveniently located to the Watercolor Beach Club and a short walk or bike ride to Seaside. House was great and perfect for my family of 4. Has all the amenities you need. Highly recommend.

The home was perfect for our family and the property owner is wonderful, she's excellent communicator and was very helpful before, during and after our stay. Highly recommend!

Had a fabulous stay here with our family of 5! Have been to this area many times, and location was great. Can't say enough nice things about the host. She communicated well and was always available if needed. She even had two bags of ice left in the freezer for us when we arrived, as the appliance had just been replaced and had not had enough time to make a sufficient quantity of ice on its own. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed at the property with our friends and the location was perfect. Very walkable to everything we needed beach, restaurants, and the wedding venue at Watercolor Inn. We would definitely book this property again.
