Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a great trip. However, we had a room that just never would cool. We asked about it each day. A fan needs to be supplied in that room. They did notify us prior to our stay that both ice machines were not operational and did supply us with ice. You cannot beat the location. So close the Modica’s and the beach. It’s a great spot for pictures, shopping, and just relaxing.

Cushions outside had mold and mildew on them, ones on roof too disgusting to sit on. Obvious water damage on ceiling in living room. Ice maker in main kitchen and one in wet bar do not work. We had to get ice from ground floor. Cold in master bedroom while hot in other third floor bedroom. Only thermostat on second floor. Contract states two parking spaces on larger properties, but they only gave us one and did not make it known that these properties only include one until we arrived even though I was asking where to park a third vehicle. We took an Uber from airport so we would not have issues with a third car (rental).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy check in experience and the home was ready when expected. The 3 level home was plenty to accommodate 10 people. This is also a great location to all shops, food, and the beach. The only compliant we had was the 3rd story front bedroom did not have air conditioning so it was a pretty warm room. We called to report the issue but maintenance did not come. Thankfully we had a fan from home and we used it to circulate air.

Reviewer Comments: This was our 2d trip to Seaside and 2d time renting with Homeowner's Collection. Once again the experience did not disappoint and we will be returning. Location was very convenient and the unit was very nice. We encountered a couple of issues with the unit upon arrival but management team took care of them and properly acknowledged and addressed our concerns. Would recommend better shades on windows to keep out bright lights in am but we encounter this in many rentals. We are big fans of Seaside and Homeowner's and plan to be regular guests. I would recommend this unit for 2 family gatherings or with lots of kids.
