Luxury Town House,3 bedroomed, 3 bathrooms at Regal Palms Resort

Spacious and clean. Kind of outdated furniture/bedding/linen & appliances but overall a great place to stay. Everything on site that’s needed to make your stay comfortable.

The unit was clean and comfortable. Amenities were sufficient.

We loved the house! It was perfect for our needs. Could have used a few more trash bags for the cans but overall was a very enjoyable stay.

Home was neat and clean. although the downstairs bed was very hard, the rest were comfy.

This place was great! Very nice two story townhome in gated community! We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom right off room. Plus enjoyed resort lazy River and pool. Maintenance was very responsive we called and they were out right away they even ordered a blender off Amazon for us! We would stay here again.

Beds were uncomfortably soft (they seemed very old) and sheets were pilly (scratchy, not soft),The couch and love seat were very uncomfortable,Some towels had holes,I had to bleach the showers before we could use them,The main TV was very difficult to figure out & the TV in my bedroom was a ROKU with a PIN, so I couldn't add my FUBO app. I contacted her regarding the TVs; it took her over 3 days to respond. By that time, I had already purchased 2 ROKUs to use. I will take them on all of my future trips.BE AWARE that there are very limited supplies. You will have to purchase salt and pepper, paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, dishwasher soap and dish soap, aluminum foil, saran wrap, etc... no basics were supplied.The kitchen has a lot of pots and pans and a decent chef knife, which was good, but not many utensils. And the knives, forks and spoons were low quality...looked like those purchased 3/1.Overall, I would say that satisfaction with the townhome would depend on your expectations and length of stay. We are over 60 years old and stayed for 15 nights, so the comfort of things were important to us. The cheap silverware and uncomfortable furnishes really reduced the pleasure of our trip to Florida. Regal Palms pool is very nice and the location seems to be close to the parks (we didn't go, so I'm not 100% sure). I would definitely not recommend this townhome.

Fully we are not satisfied it was the worst rental house during last ten year which I to go that area for florida soccer tournment

Didn't use the resort, just close to great golf course

Good weather and accommodations. Easy to find the location from the highway
