This house is a Modern Luxurious home where New England traditional aesthetic meets mid-century modern design and style. This is an extremely bright & inviting home inside and out.

The 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom house looks like it’s straight out of a catalog and is constantly up-kept in the most pristine way possible. This home is located at the top of a hill nestled between two national forests.

The hosts are a young, friendly and extremely helpful couple who are very knowledgable of the area.

The house consists of a large formal living room (depicted in the photo are the blue mid-century couches and Eames chair), a large dining room with a modern/classic built-in bookshelf, which is connected to the kitchen and the family room. Furthermore, the home boasts a huge and welcoming entryway with a large staircase and a modern painting as the focal point. The home offers a home office (4th bedroom) and full bath downstairs and three more bedrooms and two bathrooms with upstairs. The master bedroom has an en-suite double bathroom with double vanity overlooking the resort-like backyard with pool, hammock, mountain-view and 26 palm trees. The other two upstairs bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with double vanity and bathtub. The front yard includes a large front-porch with modern outdoor furniture and coffee table and the backyard provides a private Mountain View with pool, two lounge chairs, coffee table, hammock, RV parking, BBQ and plenty of space to relax.
