Stayed Feb 14, 2026This was a perfect rental for our trip to Tampa. We had plans in a lot of different areas, and we were close to everything. Our primary reason to visit Tampa was to tour USF with our adult-ish sons. There was more than enough space for 4 adults to enjoy the common areas, and have private sleeping areas. The unit is very clean, like new, with everything you need. There were extra trash bags and paper products so going to the store was only optional, but there’s a close by Publix. We were able to get to all the downtown areas, out to USF, Wesley Chapel, and even to Clearwater Beach very easily. The hosts were awesome, answered emails almost immediately . We never had an issue that needed their immediate attention, but if we had, I have no doubt it would have been addressed immediately .I’d definitely stay again.

Stayed Oct 31, 2025The house was perfect for our 3 separate couples. Bedrooms were all on separate floors which made it very nice in the living area space for those who stayed up later or got up earlier!!It was a wonderful time and location for all of us !!

Stayed Jul 20, 2025Adorable place and hosts that go the extra mile! We had a slight hiccup with the AC but the hosts jumped right on it and made sure it got fixed super fast and that we were comfortable. Our party liked that each bedroom has its own bathroom. From a privacy standpoint it worked well for us. The location is pretty central to many points of interest. As others mentioned, there's a fairly substantial homeless community nearby but they posed no problem at all. The beds were quite comfortable for us, it was clean and nicely decorated, and the hosts provided everything we needed for our stay. We'd stay there again without a doubt!

Stayed May 16, 2025Great place near downtown Tampa. Everything in the house looked new, fresh and clean. Beds were comfortable and there was parking enough for two cars in the drive. This place is located right off 275.

Because everything about the property was described as per the photos there was no need to bother the hosts, however, they stayed in touch to ensure that we were enjoying our staycation. The location was okay but I personally wouldn’t walk around in the evening.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I recently had the pleasure of staying at Modern Oasis, and I can't recommend it enough! The space is exactly as described—an incredibly peaceful and stylish retreat right in the heart of downtown Tampa. The sleek, modern design mixed with cozy, comfortable furnishings made it feel like a home away from home.
