Welcome to our charming and cozy mid century home,6 bedrooms with 5 private baths, nestled in just about 2 miles from Indian Rocks Beach (12 mins drive) 7 miles to Clearwater beach ( 17 min s drive) our home away from home, close to restaurants, airports, attractions, supermarkets , and Phinellas park and bike trail.
Close to shopping and finest restaurants and nightlife in town. We have sought to equipped our home with about anything you anticipate you would need and be comfortable ,owner lives close by so just reach out or shoot us a message if you need anything.
Enjoy and splash at our luxurious solar heated pool(heat pump available for cold nights with a fee ), soak up on hot tub (available upon request with a $250 charge for entire stay that will be assessed after booking and confirmation upon request) We are pet friendly home with breed restrictions ($100 per pet fee)
