Stayed Oct 18, 2024A group of us going to an event in London booked this house months in advance for the weekend & paid in full. Three days prior to check-in received confirmation of the rental & the address of the house. At 10pm the night before we were to check in I received an email that our reservation was canceled. Impossible to find a.new place to stay less than 24 hours before we arrive.
