The house is located on a 1030 m² large natural plot with a view of sand dunes from the terrace. Well-furnished with flatscreen TV and a large open concept living room/kitchen with modern furnishings. There is blu-ray player, PlayStation3 with games and a stereo set with CD player. The kitchen has i.a. ceramic cooker and dish washer. Bathroom with underfloorheating. For entertainment there is table football and electronic darts. In the garden there is a swing, sandpit and several outdoors activities. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
