On the ground floor you will find two bedrooms, bathroom with 2-person whirlpool, utility room and large kitchen / living room, which forms the framework for all activities on the ground floor. From the family room there is direct access to the large terrace, from which you have a view of a small lake. The kitchen area is richly equipped with ceramic hobs, convection oven and microwave. On the 1st floor you will find the bright living room with radio and TV. There is another large bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower and above all the 11 m & # 178; large balcony with incredible views. The large windows provide an incredible light inside. To the house belongs a sandbox for the youngest of the family. The house is within walking distance to several fun activities. Among other things, playground and jetty 500 m from the house and golf course 200 m away.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
