Lighting was not very good and we had lights go out during our stay so we were sitting in the dark in the dining room because we were not going to risk our health to stand on a dining room table or other and risk falling to put in a light bulb which couldn't find any anyway. The dryer did not work for well we didn't try it because coming off of it and we didn't want to end up messing it up even worse. So we were unable to wash and dry clothing while we were there. Cabin is well stocked with dishes brought paper plates paper cups and everything paper so we would not have to deal with a bunch of dishes on the last day of our state because we were not there that long. On the best side was the panoramic view from the balcony but we didn't even use the hot tub because it was full of water and I don't know how long has it been there there was dust in the jacuzzi in the bedroom so we didn't use that either. Basically we pay just to get a view and while that was a great view the pricing was a little bit steep for what we got. Contact with the property manager is fantastic she always got back to us right away. I hope that those items that we sent those are do get fixed before the next guest comes along. Had we had a better physical condition of the cabin I would have given it a five star review.

The cabin and views from the cabin were phenomenal. The cabin is located at the top of the mountain. While there are neighbors there is privacy on the back deck to enjoy the hot tub. Everything was clean and the amenities in the cabin were appreciated. We enjoyed our stay immensely Thank you.

The cabin was delightful, and definitely set up for honeymooners, but in this case, that was not our situation. I and my long time friend, she came from Alaska and I came from Arizona. Started in Nashville, and then came to the cabin to hang out in the woods. It was OK, but somewhat marginalized by huge tall trees, right dead center of the view. Hot tubs in excess, one outside and a big one inside seems a little unnecessary. The outside one runs off snd on all night long. Pretty well stocked EXCEPT for one large omission, there was only one partial roll of toilet paper and nothing else. As in previous reviews, the pillows needed to be replaced years ago. There’s two and they’re just flat and old. Also a really really slippery rug right in front of the slider to the back porch. My biggest surprising negative was to have this beautiful back porch and there’s no chairs other than a little hightop table in the corner. Not everyone is wanting to or Mobile enough to sit in high top uncomfortable chairs. You’re in the smoky mountains for a gorgeous view. You have no rocking chairs or Adirondack chairs or anything to sit and enjoy the outdoors except to bring out the uncomfortable wooden dining chairs of which there are only two. Definitely be a five star with a few relatively minor easily remedied changes.

We loved the cabin. It was exactly as the pictures had shown. The view is beautiful from the balcony and the hot tub was an extra nice perk. The location is not too far from all of the attractions and shopping. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful place to stay, this is for you. Heads up on the roads getting in. It’s a narrow road and twists and turns pretty sharp.

Beautiful cabin with a beautiful view. We loved going to bed with a view of mountain lights and waking up to a view of mountains through the sliding glass door in our bedroom. The hot tub on the deck was very relaxing with a great view also. The cabin was very clean with everything we needed. It is in a great location, close to everything, but far enough away to be peaceful. We hope we can return to the Smokey Mountains and this same cabin in the near future.

Beautiful cabin, hot tub was a wonderfully touch even when it was -20° outside, you gain about 500 ft of elevation within a 5 minute climb to the cabin but overall was a great experience, kids absolutely loved the cabin, about 20 minutes from pigeon forge and 22 minutes from gatlinburg, will stay again!

This cabin is in a nice location, and is a cute place. My husband and I stayed for our honeymoon. We loved everything about this cabin except for a couple things. The bed is a king size but only had 2 pillows total, and the pillows were super thin. They need to add better quality and more pillows. The tub inside is not cleaned with the proper type of cleaner. The jets look dirty but its stains from the well water. With the proper cleaner the maid could get them clean easily. The water is HORRIBLE. I think its an issue with this cabin and the surrounding cabins. We had to buy water for drinking, brushing teeth, cooking with, etc. First thing in the morning trying to take a shower with the smell of sulfur well water was not pleasant. We both are not weak stomached but the water was nauseating first thing in the morning. This place is clean but it definitely needs a thorough deep cleaning. For example the door tracks, and mattress protectors need to be cleaned. The trash can in the kitchen was clean on the outside but the inside needed a wipe down. A little better cleaning, more pillows, and the water smell being addressed would make this a 5 star place.

The cabin is cozy, attractive, and clean. The view of the mountains is beautiful. It was so pleasant to stay in quiet surroundings, yet be close enough to all of the attractions of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The only reason I gave the property four stars instead of five is that there is a bad odor that comes from the water out of the faucets and shower. It has the smell of sulfur (rotten eggs) that sometimes comes from well water. I brought in bottles of water to use for making coffee and brushing my teeth. Otherwise, it didn’t bother me much, nor did it leave a bad smell on my skin at all. Overall, I thought it was a good value and I enjoyed my stay.
