This bright and spacious neoclassic flat is conveniently located by the best restaurants, bars, shops, our beautiful chain of city lakes, walking and bike paths, and the world-famous Walker Art Center.

A working wood-burning fireplace, leaded windows, hardwood floors, 10’ high ceilings, glass-paned French doors to the side deck, and tons of natural light along with high-end appliances, cozy beds, and hi-speed wireless internet.

• We only use eco-friendly cleaning and laundry supplies and favor Oeko-Tek standard and organic towels and linens.

• Brand new laundry room with two Speed Queen washers and dryers and large second 3/4 private bath.

We prefer quiet time from 10 pm to 7 am Sunday to Thursday and 11 pm to 8 am on holidays and weekends. Dogs are allowed on a case-by-case basis after a conversation. If you desire more frequent cleaning services during your stay it is $200 per full cleaning, it takes two people three hours per cleaning. Full cleaning is required once per month on extended stays and not included in the initial quote. A payment request adjustment will be sent prior to your stay.
Guest access
For guests with cars, there is free street parking directly in front of the house in addition to a two-car attached garage (with one space available for your use per flat). There is a set of stairs from the basement to the first-floor flat. You will have full access to the entire unit you rent plus a shared exercise, laundry and bath room in basement.
There are so many things to love about this home! The historic charm and high end finishes are exquisite. The owners are friendly, courteous, and highly responsive. The location is perfect … easy access to freeways for travel in and around the Minneapolis/St. Paul area; yet walkable to quaint coffee shops, diners, the Walker Art Museum, and Lake of the Isles. We hope to return to this VRBO again and again in the future.
This property goes above and beyond expectations! From the moment you walk through the 8' glass pained front door, you are exposed to the natural light bouncing through the original beveled and lead came windows. I have stayed in many VRBO properties and this one ranks near the top. Amazing property owners, top-notch communication, and one of the best kitchens for feeding your family or quietly sipping on a your morning coffee. For summer visitors, the property could not better located for quiet evening strolls near one of 4 city lakes or head a 1/2 mile away to uptown for night life or dining. This property will not disappoint!!
