Guests will love the comfortable open living, dining, and kitchen space on the first floor that overlooks a backyard deck and pool. Hardwood floors, white shiplap walls, luxurious finishes, and accessories inspired by the beach create a space guests will enjoy. Premium appliances, marble countertops, and an island that seats 4 create a kitchen with plenty of space to prepare meals. A butler’s pantry hides a stackable washer/dryer and provides additional counter space. A dining table seats 6 and divides the kitchen from the living area. 2 linen sofas and an oversized armchair with a footrest surround a 75” Smart TV, and enjoy views of the deck through sliding glass doors that open to the pool area. A mudroom off the living area provides access to the backyard and has hooks for towels, shelves for beach bags and toys, quick access to a bathroom with a shower, and a beverage fridge. In the heat of the summer, guests will appreciate the wood decking that surrounds the pool. An outdoor dining table, cushioned chaise lounge chairs, and a gas grill surround the pool. An outdoor shower makes it simple to rinse off beach sand before jumping in the sand.

On the second floor is a common area bathroom with a shower, as well as 4 guest bedrooms with either a king or queen bed or a bunk room with 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds and a small balcony. Three of the bedrooms have a private bathroom with a shower.

A primary bedroom on the third floor has an upholstered king bed, a private balcony, and a spacious bathroom with a gorgeous soaking tub, a spacious glass-enclosed shower, and double sinks.
