Welcome to this amazing property located at the end of a cul-de-sac! You'll be mesmerized by the stunning views of the lagoon in every direction. With 3 bedrooms and 3 ½ baths, this place is perfect for a family or group of friends. You'll love that the master bedroom is conveniently located on the first floor, and it even includes his & her closets, a separate shower, a double vanity, and a Jacuzzi. The second bedroom has a cozy queen bed and a full bath, while the third bedroom is perfect for the kids with two twin bunk beds and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. You'll enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen that opens up to a breakfast area and a Great Room with a high ceiling and a fireplace (not for guest use). Plus, there's a separate living room for you to cozy up in for an afternoon nap or a good book at night. Outside, you'll find a lot of living space, including a huge deck with a seating area and a grill that cantilevers over the lagoon.     We loved our time at this property! It was quiet, well-appointed, super clean and perfect for our family of four + friends and their child. Would highly recommend for folks visiting Sea Pines.

    We had a fantastic time. Our stay coincided with Hurricane Helene and the island and community faired rather well. We never lost power! The ping pong and foosball table were a life saver during our rainy day. The beach club is just a short drive and the pool is right down the street. The house is stocked with all the essentials, beach towels, bath towels, kitchen essentials/supplies for cooking and grilling. We would definitely stay again if we choose HH for another family vacation. A few areas for improvement: Windows need washing, decks could use some cleaning, painting and minor repairs.

    Each year I travel to Hilton Head, Sea Pines specifically and look for the perfect home. 36 Spartina was truly the perfect home - Thank YOU! The property management team was absolutely amazing - so responsive, but more importantly their kindness was extraordinary. The home is beautiful and absolutely perfect for making great memories!
