Thatched holiday cottage built in the typical dune house style approx. 1600 m from the North Sea. The house was renovated in 2016 and is very child-friendly with separate children's playroom with its own TV, DVD player and satellite and exciting toys and LEGO. The house also includes a whirlpool and sauna. There are swings, sandpit, football goal, petanque as well as beach volley and badminton net. There are 2 cots, 2 high chairs and a baby bath. The pool area is large and spacious. 18 m²; pool with counter current system and slide and a small children's pool. 5-person whirlpool for relaxation and well-being. The pool area has one of the three bathrooms, which offers direct access to the sauna. From the pool area as well as from the living room there is access to large, enclosed patio where you can enjoy the sun in private. The house is furnished with two separate sections, each with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. A total of 4 bedrooms with double beds and 20 flat screen TV on the wall and 2 bedrooms each with two single beds and a TV connected to the PlayStation2. All rooms have wooden floors. Large kitchen with much closet space. Large fridge and large freezer, built-in ceramic hob and integrated oven. Tile floor in living room and kitchen. The large flat screen TV in the living room and TV in all 4 bedrooms can all receive Danish television channels. High-speed internet 100/100 Mbit/s. Large and spacious living area with ample space for 12 people. There is ironing board and iron. There is aircondition for a good indoor climate. The large patio is perfect for relaxation, sunbathing and cosy barbecues. The 5100 m² plot offers excellent opportunities for outdoor activities. There is a small football field with 2 goals and there is also the option of a game of volleyball/badminton or petanque. For younger children there is a play set and swings and a sandpit. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
