Stayed Mar 1, 2025This was a nightmare experience. We never received check -in instructions. The host number was a stolen number from an individual who lives in the south. VRBO Customer service was AWFUL. They are more concerned with giving the host 24 hours to get back to you. Even when they learn the host contact information is false. 24 hours turned into 4 days and we arrived in LaQuinta with no place to stay. Ultimately we checked into a great property with fabulous hosts. We are still trying to get back some of the money VRBO owes us.
