This high-quality vacation home with its own pool, which has been completely renovated for the 2022 season, is located on a large plot of land in Hejlsminde. The kitchen, bathroom, floors, and outdoor terrace, among other things, have been renovated. Here you will find a beautiful vacation home for your next vacation in Denmark with a bright, appealing atmosphere. The pool area has access to a shower and toilet, as well as the sauna and whirlpool. This ensures bathing fun for the whole familyin all weather conditions. The vacation home has 5 bedrooms, each with two beds. Climate-friendly heat pumps ensure reduced consumption and thus lower utility costs. Outside, the large terrace area covers almost the entire house and offers several seating areas with beautiful views of the water. Here you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun and barbecue in the evening at sunset. The child-friendly sandy beach of Hejlsminde is within walking distance. In this vacation home, 6 guests have free access to the Slotssøbadet swimming pool in Kolding every day. Here you will find several swimming pools, a water playground for children, a steam bath, a whirlpool, and one of the largest outdoor saunas in Scandinavia with a view of the Kolding Hus castle ruins.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
