This condo offers two levels, a spacious 1,483 square feet, two bedrooms, a loft area, and three bathrooms — all to sleep up to six guests in comfort.



Entrance to the home is through the garage or the front door. The main level great room holds the living room, kitchen and dining area. You will enjoy the surrounding views from the many windows.



Living Room: This room offers comfortable furnishings, including a plush couch and armchair, a 50” TV, a gas fireplace. Step out onto the adjacent patio where you can enjoy the private hot tub and stunning views.

    Great location! Easy drive to park city and resorts. The area wasn’t overly congested and easy to get around. Great shopping center near by to grab meals and very close to grocery store as well! Very cozy home, loved the fire place and plenty of room to spread out in the living room. It was great to have 3 bathrooms and lots of closet storage! They also had extra blankets and pillows in the closets which was nice. Plenty of towels, loved the hot tub and great washer and dryer. Minor wishes would be to have a larger trashcan in the kitchen and foil in the kitchen.

    Great location! Close to restaurants and shopping. Only complaints...bed was extrememly firm and small. The kitchen did not have ANY spices or oils except salt and pepper.

    Easy access to Interstate and Hwy 224 to ski areas. Left the condo and was at airport gate within an hour via Lift. Condo with garage is hip and clean (although MB comforter needs a good washing). W/D was perfect so we didn't have to pack so much. Spacious.

    This was a excellent property for us. We’re a family for 5 adults, we had plenty room. Great location to do diffent activities, we skied in Park city, went tubing in Woodward, shopped in the outlets, went snowmobiling and fly fishing no more than 20 miles from the townhouse. The coffee maker was broken and it was replaced with a new one as soon we called the mgt. company. Excellent customer service. Really enjoyed Newpark, beautiful small town with good restaurants and shopping.
