Luxury Private Resort - 1 Block to El Paseo! Sleeps 12!

We just wrapped up a four-day stay at this lovely property and had such a great experience. From the very start the property manager was incredibly communicative and accommodating. Accessing the property was a breeze and the check-in and check-out instructions were crystal clear. Everything was sparkling clean — from the casitas to the pool — and the location and walkability/convenience truly couldn’t be beat. The properties were fully equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only small suggestion I’d offer would be to include soap or body wash and lotion, as Palm Springs is very dry and most hotels typically provide those amenities. It’s a very minor note though — otherwise the place was absolutely perfect. We would definitely come back again. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality!

Location was perfect. Property was exactly as described. Host was cordial and responsive to quiestions, both before and during the visit. We would stay again.

Perfectly located and a great spot.

The owner, Garrett was always very responsive when there was a problem. It was a good stay for most of our group. We needed more showers, especially in Casita 3 where there is a European setup which was not good for the couple in that room. Everyone ended up sharing the hall bathroom shower.

Great stay at a great location. Host was very easy to deal with. We’ll try to stay here again next year!

Celebrating our 50th Anniversary with our family of 8 adults and 3 children. Pool and pool area was amazing. We all had our own kitchens and bathrooms. The hot tub and pool table with a small kitchen was ideal for all of us. Plenty of parking and two garages. We had everything for a perfect celebration for 5 days. We hope to stay at this excellent VRBO location again.

This place is the perfect spot for an incredible trip with friends. It offers privacy and space in each casita with centralized areas for the group to come together. On top of that, Garrett is easily the best VRBO host I have ever encountered. 10/10 we will be back!

Charming neighborhood walking distance to several shops and restaurants. The rooms are not interconnected and there were some funky things structurally but it was a great stay.

The setup of the property worked great for our gathering. The court yard was dirty and much of the furniture was broken or stained. The listing implied enough bikes would be available for use. Unfortunately, there were only 6 in the garage and 2 of those were functional (put together and no flat tires) we had to pump the tires of the 2 - however there were not enough for the 10 of us to ride into town as planned.
