Guest Access:

Guests will have full private access to the entire home, fenced pool area, balcony, and driveway parking spaces.



Other Things to Note:

* Pet fee is $75 per pet.

* No parties or events.

* Must follow quiet hours.

* Pool is private and exclusively for guest use.

* Parking limited to 4 vehicles maximum.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

*house is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.

*The pool is available during the seasonal months and is professionally cleaned twice a week (usually Tuesday and Friday weather permitted)
