We loved the house and all the space. It was nice for everyone to have their own bathroom in their bedroom. Loved the antiques around the house. Plenty of space.

Excellent, charming and well appointed luxury home. Very comfortable beds and nice linens. Everything is very well stocked. The host and owner are very attentive, kind and helpful. If you are looking for a large beautiful home for and great getaway with friends, family or corporate retreat no need to look any further! Looking forward to staying here again!!

The house is beautiful and was exactly what we needed for the amount of people we had. Lots of room and the yard was spacious for my 2 year old grandson to run around. The property manager was easy to contact and was very helpful. A very nice person. Highly recommend this beautiful house. I would totally come back.

This is hands down the best rental we have stayed in. When it says fully stocked, it truly is. From condiments to coffee and toilet paper. Our flight came in late and we didn’t need a thing other than our meal that first night. We arrived to a hand written note with fruit, cookies and chocolate. Check in and check out were both a breeze. Communication was unlike any other I’ve experienced, in the best way. Rowena is the sweetest and very quick to respond. The location is perfect! Our group of 11 ranged from 7 to 80(disabled) and this home had something for everyone. We spotted a moose within the first 10 minutes of arriving and there is a mountain view out the upstairs back window. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Our family of 13 adults stayed at the Sabine house. We were all very comfortable and being together bonded our family ties much stronger . Rowena was so welcoming and her attention to detail was so appreciated. She took care of things right away and went out of her way to help us with our little gathering. Highly recommend this property. I would definitely stay here again if we were to visit Anchorage again. It was so conveniently located to airport, stores and nearby trails. It met all our needs perfectly.

This was the perfect venue for a small wedding. We had several family members traveling in from out of state and the guest rooms were perfect for housing them. The large versatile kitchen was a plus. Rowena, the property manager, met all of our needs and requests, and had an answer to any questions we had. She made sure we had everything we needed and was a pleasure to do business with. She had outdoor propane heaters set up on the back patio for guests that wanted to step outside and enjoy the Alaskan outdoors for a while. Thanks for the great service!
