Stayed Mar 22, 2025Our family, ages 8 to 80, had a lovely week-long stay at this comfortable and clean property. The pool and spa were easy to operate and were the perfect temperature at any time of day. Several good naps were taken on the spacious screened in lanai. The kitchen was well appointed and the couch/living area was very comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and Nick was a kind and responsive host. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood that is a 5-10 min. drive away from restaurants/grocery stores, 30 min. drive from Lee Health Sports Complex, Six Mile Cypress Preserve, and Edison & Ford Winter Estates, and 1 hour drive to Fort Myers Beach (due to lots of traffic/construction). We recommend this property and would stay here again. Thanks, Nick!

Stayed Mar 15, 2025We had a great stay at this house. The pool area, especially is beautiful and well maintained. Sunny weather was a bonus! Nick was very helpful during our stay and very prompt in responding to any questions we had. Highly recommend and we will hopefully return for a future stay!!

Stayed Apr 12, 2024This house was the perfect size for two families. It was clean and well stocked with all the things you could need during your stay. Nick was very responsive to answer calls and texts during our stay. Pool was bigger than it looks in pictures and the temperature of the pool and spa were perfect. No complaints here.
