Luxury on the River, Spacious Home Nestled in the Woods, Private Hot Tub, Yard

Beautiful property on lots of land, perfect for our family reunion for Thanksgiving week. We had 2 grandparents with our 3 children, their spouses and 10 grandchildren. Ages 2 through 75. Comfortable bedrooms, well stocked kitchen, huge living room, gorgeous property for the kids to throw and kick balls, walk along the creek, collect rocks and fish. Ping pong in the garage with an extra refrigerator, washer and dryer. Nice laundry room, hot tub on the top deck. Our only suggestions are to bring your own toilet paper and paper towels and if you have young children bring plastic plates, cups, bowls and utensils. Everything is glass.

Host communicated well and was accommodating. 10/10 location, property, and stay. Will be back!

My family and I had a fantastic visit- the house was immaculate and was equipped with everything we needed. The property with its woods and creeks allowed us to access nature within a few steps - 10/10 recommend!!

We stayed at this beautiful property in Durango, Colorado, to celebrate my 50th year, and it was absolutely perfect! The house and surrounding land were stunning — the water streams, ponds, and river created such a peaceful and happy atmosphere. It was the ideal setting to relax, reflect, and celebrate with loved ones.If there’s anything that could make this wonderful stay even better, it would be to include a Keurig coffee maker, provide some wood for the fire pit, and make sure the propane tanks for the outdoor fire stand and grill are full upon arrival.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful and serene place to spend this special milestone. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip here. The host had most everything you could need or want on standby. There were several things we forgot at the store that were available in the home when we arrived. The views were breathtaking and we made memories we won’t forget.

This home and property were perfect for our entire family celebrating a grandparent’s milestone birthday. As outdoor enthusiasts, we greatly appreciated dinners at one continuous table on the deck, the garage and bike space, and especially coming home to the yard and Hermosa creek each day. From the time we drove the driveway coming into the property, to seeing the inside spaces and discovering so many well thought out and appreciated touches (pack and play, crib in master closet, indoor and outdoor games, kitchen furnishings, two refrigerators, laundry, etc.), and loving the backyard privacy and creek access, we could focus on family fun. Great place and great location!

First off, the setting and scenery were amazing, we were here in the summer, and the grounds with the rivers and flowers were really amazing. We had a multigenerational group of 14, and it fit us well. The large open kitchen and living room, with large dining tables inside and out were great for our group to prepare and eat large meals.The bunk room was great for all of the kids, and had its own bathroom.Three other rooms upstairs were good for adults, and shared one bathroom, which was a little tight, but with a little communication about showering, etc. was workable.The downstairs master suite was huge, with walk-in closet, shower with multiple spray nozzles, etc. Very nice space.We did have an issue with the AC upstairs one day, and management company was able to send someone to fix next day. It did seem like a known issue (the AC guy knew what the issue was before he got there).For a place that is a premium place, it also seemed a little stingy on the amenities. Arrival instructions before we arrived said that the place came with one roll of paper towels, one trash bag per can, and two rolls of TP per bathroom. Not that big of a deal because we had to go the grocery store anyway, but I’ve stayed in much more budget places that had plenty of TP, enough coffee for every day, etc. so it seemed a little misaligned with how nice everything else was. Overall, an amazing place, and I’d go back, but adding these notes for transparency,

Perfect location between Durango and Silverton. We had a larger group and this cabin had plenty of room for everyone as well as indoor and outdoor activities.

We had a great time here, the property was roomy and very comfortable. We loved that there was plenty of room for the family to get together and eat at the same table and eat and there were multiple TV’s so everyone could find something they like for entertainment.

Our family (4 generations) was in Durango for Soaring Tree Top zip lines. This house felt like home when you walked in the door. Plenty of room and the amenities to create a wonderful breakfast, afternoon happy hour, and evening around the fire-pit , enjoying the hot tubs, or playing the abundant games.. Every feature was quality including bedside mints on check in. The showers are Amazing. The stream, creek, ditch, whatever gurgles by and puts you to sleep like a lullaby. Every element was ABOVE my expectations from appliances to bath mat. If you are spending a week or a weekend; it is almost hard to leave the property. Thank you!!.

It is a beautiful home surrounded by beautiful landscaping. Great getaway for a multi generational family. The only negative was the hot temperatures upstairs due to the 90 degree days. It was very difficult for our grandkids to fall asleep. We would definitely stay in this house again but during a cooler time of year.

The property is wonderful! Plenty of space inside and outside. We loved the water running on both sides of the house. The yard was well manicured and BIG!

Ranging from age 4 to 86, we loved our week at Riverbebd. The layout of the house was perfect for a crowd. We enjoyed being able to eat together at the long tables inside or out. The outside space was gorgeous and just right for baseball with the young kids, and the general location was central to most of the activities we wanted to explore. We can’t wait to come back!
