Luxury Oceanfront 8-BR House Pool & Hot Tub Facing the Ocean - Last Min Deals!!!

We loved our time in this ocean front home. It was perfect for a large work gathering with an active bunch. Rose also connected us with a fabulous catererer who stocked the house in advance of our arrival and made a delicious meal for us on arrival night.

The views are absolutely unbelievable from every room, and the spacious common areas made it easy for our group to gather and enjoy time together. The ocean views are truly unbeatable. To say we had a wonderful time celebrating my girlfriend’s 70th birthday would be an understatement. Rose was a wonderful host, attentive and thoughtful, making sure everything was perfect for us from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and hope to stay at this incredible home again in the future.

I stayed at roses beautiful beach house with 15 girls for a bachelorette weekend! When everyone walked in they were so excited about how amazing roses house was especially with the jacuzzi. Rose was available all weekend to answer any questions we had along with providing us with local shops/restaurants/ wineries to attend during our stay. The house was very clean and easily accommodated the amount of people we had! The location is perfect, only 10 minutes from Main Street allowing us to quickly get to grocery stores and local restaurants. We could not have been more happy with our stay and grateful that rose was just a call away at all times if we needed her! I would recommend her house to anyone I know and hope to come back in the future. Thank you Rose!

This property is exactly what we were looking for. There is plenty of space to make everyone feel like they have their own room to breathe, but also space to gather, eat meals together, etc. The beach access was incredible - we had picture perfect sunset views each night. While the house is further down Dune Road, it was very easy to get a taxi into Westhampton town when we didn't want to drive. We will definitely be returning!

The location is amazing with a heated pool and a portable jacuzzi. The weather was getting cooler in September, so we enjoyed warming up after playing in the ocean. Plenty of space and rooms for a large group. A few notes - the house is spacious and clean, but showing the age in many places with wobbly railing on the stairs that were duck-taped in one place... the stairs shook/squeaked when walking up, and I'm only 110 lb. There was a glass sliding door that fell off on a child!!! The child was not injured and the glass was not shattered, but the fact that the door came off the track so easily showed that it was unsafe. I called Rose to let her know that we were shaken by this, and she said probably children were running around which was not the case at all!! In close examination, I saw that there were already many chips/cracks on glass panels that did NOT fall that day. Lastly, all the other luxury villas I have rented in the past provided basic things (i.e. shampoo, conditioners, beach towels, laundry detergent to wash beach towels etc) so that renters can just bring themselves and pack light & hassle free. but this house was not the case. It was accurately stated on the description of the property, but I was embarrassed to ask my guests to bring these with them - so I ended up buying / providing. My families & friends are used to renting luxury villas - and the norm has been upgraded vs. this property is following the past norms. To summarize, the location is amazing

If you are looking for a beach house with all the comforts of home this is the place. Rose was absolutely amazing. We will be returning again.

My husband and I just had our 3 children and their families... 8 grandchildren... out to this wonderful house to share time together and to celebrate my husband's birthday. This house has it all - an expanse of exquisite, pristine beach the width of the property, a lovely deck off the living space with a wonderful swimming pool and spa. There is a huge kitchen table and island with room for everyone for family dinners as well as an al fresco dining table option and a formal dining room. Plenty of opportunities for grown-up only dining when needed. The very kind and most gracious owner has seen to it that everything you could possibly need is there available for guests. We especially loved that the bedrooms are divided up by suite areas, especially since we had so many young children with us.We only had the kids out for long weekends during our stay and were especially thrilled to have other retired friends come out and visit during the week. This house had something for everyone and no-one ever felt crowded. One of my favorite things was the chef the owner referred me to. That really did make it a vacation for me! We cannot wait to go back. Thank you Rose and Julie for helping to make such a fabulous family vacation possible. Enjoy your special time here and remember to take more pictures than we did. House was perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of bedrooms and the living spaces were great for gathering. Having the heated pool was nice for our little ones, and the rest of us too. Rose responded quickly to questions and requests.
