Luxury, New Home - Serene and Private Vacation Oasis - Minutes from Siesta Key!

Wow! Great spacious, well maintained and clean property. Very nice pool, backyard and neighborhood.The checkin process and all communication with the host was beyond outstanding.The covered lanai and pool area invite for hours outdoor protected from mosquitos.We had a blast!

My host was very welcoming and communicative, all the information I needed was provided and if there had been and issues I am certain he would have taken care of it immediately. Very friendly guy. I will tell you one thing that stood out to me. The temperature on the AC was not locked. I have stayed in a few homes a stones throw from this location, and been pretty warm. Allowing the guest to adjust the temperature, man.. that is awesome. I greatly appreciate that. The home was lovely, everything was perfect. I have absolutely nothing to complain about, and for my needs, the location couldn't have been better. Hopefully we will do business again in the future. If you're reading this, don't hesitate to book this property.

Great house and lication!

This rental was everything we were expecting and asked for. We spent a lot of time in the pool and outdoor area. Property is very close to restaurants and the beach which we loved! We could not have been more happy and look forward to returning again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at Seaview! Especially the screened patio/pool area. The location was convenient to the beach and many restaurants including our favorite pizza place, Shaner's! The house was super clean and well appointed. We are hoping to return in the future!!

This home was excellent! The pictures don’t do the justice! Great open floor plan from living to dinning space. Rooms were great clean home, heated pool and great communication with host as well as location, location, location!!

Beautiful home inside and out. Enjoyed the heated pool because the outside temps weren't ideal, only in the 50's and 60's. Lots of clean towels in the bathrooms and for the pool. Kitchen had pretty much everything we needed to cook our own meals. I recommend renting this place. We would again!

I had a good interaction with the owner throughout the stay with any questions I had. Pool was warm, and house was really nice! I will definitely try to rent this property again!!

We were able to spend our summer vacation in this beautiful house. The surroundings are fantastically quiet. You can quickly get to one of the wonderful beaches and shopping opportunities. We really liked the house with the beautiful pool and the very spacious rooms and it left nothing to be desired.The owner was always available with advice and assistance - Thank you- . We would spend our vacation here again and again.

From start to finish our experience with the house and Yuri was fantastic. My husband and I found the house by chance and it ended up being a perfect fit for us and our 3 teens. I’d rate communication with Yuri a 10/10. We had one slight hiccup which was 100% out of his hands but we couldn’t believe how accommodating he was throughout it. We have already started looking at dates to return. The pool was perfect for our teens to enjoy whenever they wanted. And the backyard is very secluded and private and really reminds you of a tropical oasis. There was plenty of umbrellas, chairs, pool, and beach supplies as well. We couldn’t have had a better week. And the pictures do NOT do the inside of the house justice! This vacation home was top 2 in all of the vacations our family has taken. Thanks for everything, Yuri & Family!
