Luxury mountain home with stunning views, hot tub, theater & game room

This was a fantastic location--plenty of room to spread out, wonderful views, and everything was obviously well thought out. We would stay here again at the first opportunity. Sally was great to work with and always answered our questions within minutes. Cannot say enough positive things about the experience we had!!!

We had the whole extended family stay at this beautiful house over Thanksgiving week. The entire experience was superlative!To start, Sally was the best VRBO host we have ever encountered. Her return emails were prompt and very instructive. The directions to the house and the amenities within the home were excellent.This house had plenty of room for our whole family, kids and all, and is stocked with anything one might need in the kitchen, game room, and elsewhere. The hot-tub was welcoming every day. The view from the main floor and all the bedrooms is fantastic. The kitchen has double everything (dish washers, counters, garbage, etc.). That really made it nice for a larger group!One of our party is paraplegic and it is one of the reasons we chose this house. It has all the services to assist the handicapped down to the details; elevator, bathtub and shower support bars and easy-in and out, no curbs to block shower access, vanities with a recess underneath for wheelchair access, etc. The best on VRBO we have ever encountered. Even the theater room allowed for wheelchair access.Some VRBOs state wheelchair access but are not ADA. This house is NOT that. It was truly accommodating and the designers certainly planned for this.The shuttle to the town runs all the time and they were easy to contact and schedule. We took several trips.We will certainly go again if just for the magnificent view every day all day.

Had a great weekend get away with friends and family to celebrate our upcoming wedding. Would totally recommend for large groups.

We have taken family vacations for 15 years, and this was one of the best houses we have rented. It was spacious for the 15 of us, clean, and by far the best stocked house we have been in. The view was spectacular! When we had an issue with the hot tub, Sally had someone look at it the next day. Wonderful host!

Fantastic! We enjoyed the property so much that the family chose to stay in more than getting out! The yard, kitchen, deck, views, and theater room….all the boxes were checked for our family gathered for my birthday!

Fantastic property for out week at Breck. It was everything shown and more. We once wanted to crank up the fire pit but it was out of LP gas. If this is all I could complain about... I would say it was a wonderful week.

Not sure if you can find a better property than this in all of Breckenridge. BEAUTIFUL view, great house, super responsive and friendly host, and nearly perfect location. I would share some negatives, but I cannot think of any. If you're considering Breck- look no further!

We had a father son trip, 5 dads and 9 kids. The place was great to spend time together and also give the kids their own space in either the theatre room or game room. The private shuttle to and from the resort lifts made it feel like a ski in/ski out. Great views of the mountain and resort. Our host Sally was responsive and accommodating.

It's not often you find a home that can accommodate 13 adults and 2 kids for an extended family vacation. All the rooms were perfect and the kitchen was incredible to cook in. Didn't have to worry about a thing. Sitting on the couch, looking out on the moutains through the open panoramic patio door of the living room provided one of the best views from the home. The management company was extremely helpful and responsive.

We had a group of 15 adults. This property was absolutely perfect! The views are incredible, and the house had everything you could ask for. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and large cooktop stove with 6 burners, two dishwashers, double oven, separate coffee area. Plenty of space for cooking large group meals without getting in each other’s way. Beautiful deck, yard, living room, theater room,great for watching football or movies. Very quiet area and close to town too. Highly recommend! The property manager Sally was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Lots of wonderful memories made!

The property exceeded our expectations! Everything was exceptional, beds, furniture, fully stocked kitchen, bathroom facilities, family areas, (we had lots of family). Room sizes, amenities. Outdoor area was just as fantastic! Perfect for our grandkids. We attended the annual duck race, we hiked to rainbow lake in Frisco. Will definitely be back!

Awesome place with plenty of room.

This home had something for everyone in our group! From the backyard play set/trampoline to the game room to the movie theater, our family of 13 loved staying at Aspen View!! And the stunning view has to be one of the best in Breckenridge! The home was well stocked and even had an elevator for me which was nice given my disability and the three levels. The home owner and property manager were very responsive and wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!

The views, the space, the amenities! Everyone loved it, from the adults enjoying the decks and seating to the kids enjoying the trampoline and swing set. We hope to go back next year!
