Luxury Modern Two Story Mini Mansion w/ Heated Pool + Putting Green

We had a great time we liked the quiet nearest to the residential area the pool and the house had a great feel

Staying at Jose’s Las Vegas property was my first ever time using Vrbo — and will be my last! We primarily selected this premium property for the highly-advertised *heated* pool and hot tub. However, the heater for both was broken. We repeatedly reached out to Jose for help — as no instructions were provided on how to operate the pool — to please either (1) send his pool maintenance person or visit himself to help, (2) send an instruction manual so we could attempt to fix it ourself (on vacation, mind you), (3) answer a FaceTime or phone call, to walk us through the insurrections, (4) or, at the least, clearly answer our questions on how to fix the heater — all efforts which were ignored. We would have chosen a more affordable property, had we known the “luxury amenity” wasn’t actually available as advertised. On top of that, the tome of rules had us feeling more like prisoners, rather than paying guests. I was so anxious making sure each of the myriad rules — with high fines — were meticulously followed, that I could never relax while on the property. Also, weirdly, none of the bathroom outlets worked. We asked Jose to send an electrician or handyman, as having to take all hair tools out into the hallways & use our phone mirrors was hardly convenient — but, of course, that never happened. And this isn’t a big deal, but it’s just such bad hospitality — there was only one paper towel roll and one trash bin liner supplied for a dozen guests staying 3 nights?

We had a wonderful stay at this house! Our group of six couples had plenty of space, and the multiple gathering areas made it easy for smaller conversations and for us to relax together. The location couldn’t be better, just eight minutes from everything, while the neighborhood was quiet and the property beautifully maintained. We’ll definitely rebook here the next time we’re in Las Vegas!

This property was rated excellent. It is not! It is good at best. Found lots of clumps of hair and one in a bed when we turned the sheets down. The pool was dirty with algae on the sides and the hot tub does not work. There was no dishwasher soap supplied. Many of the towels were still damp so we had to hang them to dry before we could use them. There was a broken towel bar and toilet paper bar. Again, all things that you should not experience in a property rated excellent. On a good note, The beds were good and it fit all 13 of us very well. So lower your expectations if you rent this property.

i’m 52 years old and i have rented a number of properties i understand rules and regulations but this was plain ridiculous..i know i have a 5star guest rating the feeling was of total restriction dont do this dont do that and i mean i was sent this message repeatedly i got it the first 3 times.. just didnt feel like a home away from home like i’ve experienced previously.

The property well exceed expectations. The home is nestled in a quiet community with driving distance of any food or items you may need. The pool was relaxing and giving my coaching staff something to look forward to after a long day in the gym. I’m hoping this home will be available for all my stays in Las Vegas.

We enjoyed staying at the house. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was close to everything we wanted to do. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. I would recommend anyone looking to stay in Vegas to check this place out.

Our group has been doing our annual March Maddness golf outing since 2008. Vegas and home rentals have changed. Now each home renter is more about you can't do this and you can't do that, then encouraging a fun trip.

We were satisfied fully with our stay, it was nice to retire to a quiet place each evening after a long day at SEMA.

The property was perfect for our visit to Las Vegas!! Close to airport and highways which for us was very important because we like to play golf courses that are spread throughout the area. The host was attentive and reached out often, which I like. The house, although a little dated, was extremely comfortable and very clean. Minor issues included - microwave was not working and the thermostat had been programed by previous guests at random temps that drove us crazy during the night (the host asked that we keep the temp above 70 degrees which we tried to do except when unbeknown to us the stat had been programmed to drop to 66 at 2am!!). Since we are all nerds or engineers or lawyers we did not bother the host with these minor issues! The pool, putting green and outdoor spaces are wonderful, spacious and was enjoyed by the group. I recommend this home for any family or group for a Las Vegas trip! 5 STARS!!!
