Stayed Dec 28, 2025This is our second time staying at Luxury Modern on Newport Westside. We really enjoyed it again. The rental is very comfortable and well equipped and it is really close to everything we like to do in Bend and easy to get out of town to Mt Bachelor. The manager was particularly helpful to us on this stay, which was really good. We hope to rent it again.

Stayed Mar 8, 2025Have stayed in many rentals and this one was one of the best. Communication was great; home perfect location to walking to Town & NW Bend; clean; comfortable and very well appointed. Appreciated the privacy of master bedroom to other 2 bedrooms. Planning to stay there again!

Stayed Sep 25, 2024Had everything we needed for a 3 day stay. Plenty of room for two couples. Grocery store and coffee shops easy walk. Easy access to highways for day trips. Could walk to restaurants- longer walk to center of town but easy for younger folks. Just as pictured

Stayed Jun 22, 2024This property is in a great location - we could walk downtown to the restaurants and the farmers' market. Several good restaurants were even closer. Trattoria Sbandati was a favorite along with Flights Wine Bar. The condo is attractive and well cared for.
