Beautiful home. Great pool and amenities.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home in Marco Island! This immaculate home has an amazing pool/jacuzzi/patio area…perfect for grilling and relaxing with the waterway as a backdrop! We loved that the pool had plenty of shaded areas as well as sunny spots too! The bathrooms and kitchen are great, really big and modern. The location is within a couple minutes of the Publix grocery store, numerous restaurants and the beach. The owner was easy to reach and very helpful. I would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful home, love the layout.

This is the third time my husband and I have stayed at this property and we love it every time, it feels like a home away from home. We appreciate how fast Dave is to respond to our questions and in helping us to resolve any issues. The location is so quiet and is great to paddle board off the dock.

This property is amazing! Clean, convenient, close to grocery, not far from restaurants & the beach. The pool & hot tub are great and we loved all the different places to sit around out back. The listing was accurate, home was beautiful, well kept and clean. We were so impressed with the entire experience and hope to return next vacation! You won’t be disappointed here.

Our family enjoyed all the amenities of this beautiful home. The pictures are exactly what it looks like and the location was ideal to everything! Owner was extremely prompt in all communications. Having coffee together in the morning on the dock was a highlight for us and our two kids loved the pool! Highly recommended!

This property is everything you need. We have stayed here twice before and will continue in the future. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. The kitchen is ready for anything you want to cook, cocktail, etc. A great area to walk in the morning. The owner is easy to work with and gets back to you quickly if you have any questions.

The property was both very clean and very well maintained. If any issues arose or clarification was needed our host was on to it very quickly. Overall it was an excellent experience, and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

We had a wonderful time in Marco, and the weather was perfect. The house was gorgeous and located close to everything in Marco. We especially loved the pool and spa. I have no doubt we will return to stay here again.

This is the second year my husband and I have stayed at Dave’s house and it is our favorite spot for our yearly getaway as a couple! The house is beautiful, clean and comfy and well-appointed. The location is quiet and private and just a short drive to the beach. The dock is perfect for launching SUP’s that we like to rent to explore the canals. The sidewalks are great for walking at night. The pool and spa are awesome and we love the screened in lanai. The kitchen has everything we need to cook meals for the week and it is close to the grocery store. We will be back! Dave is very helpful and responsive with any questions we have, a fantastic host!

Great property and location

From start to finish our stay was perfect! The villa was stunning, just as the photos displayed. We had everything we needed for our stay with added benefits of two kayaks, some water toys for the kids and a great location to access everything Marco has to offer. Dave was a great host and answered all our questions quickly and honestly. Would definitely stay here again ?

A very nice vacation home. A little bit of home away from home. I would come back again!

Wonderful place to stay. Any issues were promptly taken care of by Dave. This included installing a new water heater the very next morning after we reported an issue. Can't ask for a better location on the island.
