Luxury Loon Mountain Home on the Pemi River - Walk to Ski Lifts

Property is in a great location and stocked with everything you could need to have a great stay. This is our third year renting this location and my family just love to Skiing and hang out at the house.

This location is perfect for skiing, hiking or just hanging out ! The interior is beautifully decorated and has everything you need to have a great time. This is a must see!!!

The house was great. Very close to the mountain, plenty of room for the whole family. Beautiful view of the river and mountains.

Property was awesome, great views of the river and short walk to the slopes. We had a great time with the group of guys we had go for a ski trip. We were impressed how well the kitchen was stocked with pots/pans silverware etc. price was higher than other places, but you get what you pay for.

A perfect retreat at Loon! Our family of 9 has been coming to Loon for many years and this place is now our favorite! The house was clean and well stocked. Lots of pots and pans for cooking, the linens were fresh and the host instructions were clear. It’s a quick 5-7 minute walk to governor’s lodge. Would rebook in a heartbeat.

Fantastic property convenient to all things in Lincoln and the White Mountains. Plenty of room for a family of 5. No detail was missed as far as making it feel like home. The firepit and several decks allowed ample time to enjoy the sights and sounds of the Pemi. It was nice to descend down rocks to swim and wade in river.

Perfect home to have a family reunion and the river is awesome for older children adults that still want to be Kids. It was so clean and met all our needs. Thank you

Beautiful house and location. It was such a fun and relaxing family vacation, so nice to hear the river and sit around the fire pit.

The serenity of this property is good for the soul. It’s spotless, welcoming, the view is stunning and the welcome gifts of local made popcorn, maple syrup and fruit preserves were a pleasant surprise. Everything you need is provided, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is high end and well stocked as is the family TV room upstairs. Check-in was easy and if you have any questions they are answered promptly. We will return for a third time.

Beautiful property. Very close to ski lifts - we would drop equipment at the mountain but then walk to the lifts in boots. River is amazing with firepit that kids enjoyed!

Our family had a fantastic time. The house was perfect and only a short walk to the Kanc8 Lift. Everything we could have needed was provided and the place was spotless. We will definitely consider staying again.

This house is simply amazing. It has everything you need and everything in good working order. The house was immaculate. Instructions for using appliances and for check out were clear and easy to follow. We would love to stay here again.

House is amazing! Very spacious and close to every thing. There wasn’t one thing that we needed that it didn’t have. The special touches from housekeeping was nice too. You could tell whoever the cleaners are care about the property.

“Look at this House!” was our first impression. Once inside, how could you NOT like this immaculate welcoming home? The high-end well stocked kitchen and and Wet Bar, the cozy comfortable furniture, and amazing family room, the clean gas grill, the artwork and tasteful decor. To end the day with the fire pit in the private setting and the crystal clear cascading Pemigewasset River amidst the starry sky is something we will not soon forget. Making memories. Our host, Alexis was was quick to respond with any questions we had. Our only regret is we have to wait one more year to go back!

This was my family's third time staying at this property and as always, the experience was wonderful. The home is very clean, cozy and comfortable. The location is absolutely amazing. We had a great time relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. One of my all time favorite properties. I highly recommend.

Beautiful home and property! Check-in/check-out and communication with property owner was excellent. The highlight for our family was gathering around the firepit after dinner - loved being right on the river! Easy walk to Loon mountain.
