    We had a fantastic visit to this beautiful Silverthorne home! It fit two families with adult children very comfortably. The kitchen appliances were top notch, and it was great having the hot tub with spectacular views. Loved the proximity to hiking trails! James, our host, was probably the best, most-responsive host we've ever come across. Check out was very easy, too. Highly recommend! The only piece of constructive advice we would give would be that it'd be nicer to have bath gel and nicer shampoo/conditioner in the showers, and more than one roll of paper towels would be nice for a 5 day stay, and for the cost of the rental.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were a couple items that need replacement or repair. The grill would not ignited. We could only get one burner going by pulling the top grate off. The lower bedroom with king bed is old and slops in the middle of the mattress.

    The property has spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains and Lake Dillon; however, the dead mice left behind in the kitchen garbage can tainted our overall experience. We had family and friends stay with us over Christmas and New Year’s. While the home is large and accommodated 8 of us, the listing as an entertainer’s paradise was a bit deceiving as the kitchen is meagerly furnished with serving dishes and utensils. The listing does not specify the number of garage spaces but the pictures show a 3-car garage. However, only one space is available for renters’ use as owner’s vehicle occupies one space and the third space is too small for a mid-size sedan. Also, the listing states there are 2 king size beds, yet one of them is two twins pushed together which makes a shorter bed and difficult for anyone 6 feet or taller to sleep in comfortably.

    After losing both of my parents suddenly right before the holidays last year I knew I wanted to make sure this holiday season was spent with our children and grandchildren making new memories. We chose Colorado to be our destination and we couldnt have picked a better home to spend time together as a family. The house was set up perfect for 8 adults and two children with plenty of room to all spread out. We cooked our Thanksgiving dinner in the chefs kitchen that was perfect for us all to gather in and cook. And the views were absolutely stunning! We shopped in Silverthorne, went skiing at Copper Mountain and ate dinner in Breckenridge. This house is the perfect central location. Thank you for sharing your home and we are already talking about booking next year.

From the views, to the stream running through the front yard, to the hiking trails just down the street, to the beautiful interior - I cannot recommend this property enough. The home is roomy, well appointed, well stocked with cooking utensils/supplies, and great amenities both in the home and close to the Silverthorne area. James at the property management company was always available and quick to respond to any questions/requests. The deck and sitting area is not to be missed. During our stay, we accessed whitewater rafting, ATV rides in Winter Park, as well as a myriad of fun activities in Breckenridge (don't miss the Mountain Time Escape Rooms), Dillon (festivals/farmers market), Vail (mountain activities and art/farmers market) Copper Mountain (great mountain activities) and Frisco (fun festivals/4th of July Parades)

This year, we stayed in a home that offered the most breathtaking views yet. The house itself is stunning, perfectly designed for larger groups and equipped with heated driveways and sidewalks. Moreover, the customer service we experienced was unparalleled in comparison to any other Airbnb stays I've had.Being pet friendly allowed our Texas raised husky to live in her heavily environment for a solid week..

    This is a beautiful home - no doubt about it. But we booked it originally based on the pictures they had at the time, but since we booked, they changed the layout of an essential room from a bed to a sofa bed. They also had a built in desk that was nice, but for some strange reason, they pushed a big, bulky desk in front of the built in rendering it useless and taking up a lot of space unnecessarily. James offered to give us a refund when I pointed out the issue, but by that point, there was no other place that would work for our large group. I would have liked to be told when they remodeled the room v. my happening to notice the change when I was assigning guests to rooms. They also need to upgrade the sheets on the beds. We all found them uncomfortable and scratchy. The home is lovely and it's great that they accept pets. The view is amazing and the hot tub is awesome. All in all, we had a wonderful time, but I'm not certain I would stay there again.
