Stayed Oct 4, 2024This place is a MUST stay!! Beautiful, CLEAN, organized & comfy!! Everything was top notch! Close to downtown, restruants, music venues & quaint little Main Street shopping. We DEFINITELY will be back as well as telling our friends/family about this luxuary-hip place to stay!!

Stayed Apr 17, 2023Wow! We stayed for 2 weeks and we can't say enough about this home. To start, it is mega clean, has premium linens, great bathrooms, tons of cooking equipment and only the finest creative art in Nashville! The location is in a beautiful, safe neighborhood just steps to Vandy and Vanderbilt Hospital. The back garden and patio is just a treat. The home is not for anyone who can't do stairs (just a small mention). Bryan and Rodney made our stay so comfortable and luxurious. They are mega hosts and super nice. We will definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jun 17, 2020We rented this wonderful Nashville home for my son’s wedding in June. I was looking for a home with a really nice backyard to hold the wedding and I found a beautiful home with a beautiful garden backyard. It was perfect! I loved working with Bryan from the beginning. He was so warm and welcoming and he helped me a lot! I was trying to plan a wedding from Austin and he pointed me in the direction of a wonderful coordinator who helped me with rentals and catering. My brother’s girlfriend is a florist and she arranged the flowers. She loved working in the garden and Bryan and Rodney had the perfect workspace in their basement. The wedding was small and intimate and beautiful. If you are looking for a place to hold a small outdoor wedding this is your place! The house itself was clean, beautifully decorated and well laid out. We wanted for nothing! The house is located in a really nice neighborhood. My husband and I loved walking in the morning and looking at the beautiful homes. I highly recommend renting this home if you are looking for a place to stay in Nashville. My husband and I decided there is no other place to stay when we visit!

Stayed Sep 19, 2019We just left Bryan’s amazing home after spending college family weekend there with my parents and brother. The place is full of treasures and customization at every single turn. private gardens filled with songbirds and humming birds, with koi fountains, wind chimes and outdoor seating make it hard to believe you are in a major US city. Each room is large and cozy simultaneously. And the sound system is to die for! There are very clear instructions for everything, and even lively bathrobes for guests!! We will be back. And I am coveting a few of the pieces of art!

Stayed Jul 8, 2016Bryan was fantastic to work with, he went over and above to help us plan a fun surprise for our daughter. We loved his home and the fresh flowers on my night stand was a special touch. Hope we can get back to Nashville soon ! Thanks for sharing your home with us.
