Knight a golf trip with 11 other guys playing some fantastic golf courses in San Francisco. We wanted to stay near the course we were playing. The accommodation was clean easy to find you. It was easy to work with all was as advertised and if you have a large group of folks that need to stay in that area of the city. I recommend using this owner and this unit it suited our purposes very well

A group of 8 older women meet for a reunion. We had a great time. The house was very nice. We each had our own bedroom. The neighborhood was very quiet and conveniently located. It was easy to get into San Francisco. We did not take the BART but did call Uber and each time they were there within 3-4 minutes. The kitchen was well stocked with glasses, cups, dishes and pots and pans. Some spices were available as was coffee and filters. We had no complaints the 6 days we were there.

Lots of room. Very clean. Well equipped (but couldn't find a corkscrew?)Can't comment on the area really as we used as home base but commuted downtown for meetings each day.

The house was great and super convenient for our annual meeting nearby. We appreciated the manager being very helpful with an early check in to buy groceries. Thx!

We all loved this place, we had all our kids and grandkids with us. The beds were comfortable, and a safe neighborhood. The host was great about answering all my questions. we will stay here again.

We had 18 guys in for a bachelor party. The house was very spacious, with plenty of beds, bathrooms and amenities. The backyard was spacious enough for us to play for cornhole. This is a great place and is exactly as advertised.

There are very few spots in SF (or close proximity) that can fit a group of 15+. We were happy to find this place since it is just outside SF and close by to BART. The property manager did a good job with communication and, overall, I don't have anything negative to say. So long as you keep the expectations as functional for the group size, this is a good spot.

Nice, comfortable, and clean house! Experienced no issues and host was very responsive.

We had a work meeting nearby and wanted to stay in a house vs a hotel. Daniel was great to work with and we enjoyed staying at the house. The next time we have a group meeting in the area, we will plan to stay there again. Thanks- Steve

Our group of MFA classmates get together every year for a writing retreat, so we're looking for a place that has comfortable quarters, room to work quietly, and a space to gather together. This gem of a residence fit the bill. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the five full baths meant no one ever had to wait to use one. The kitchen and dining areas had everything we needed to prepare meals and served as a central meeting space. Those of us staying around longer appreciated the laundry! The only thing that could have made it better would have been a table and chairs in the outdoor space. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, aside from the occasional neighbors' dog. The location had a lot to recommend it: close to the BART, making it was easy for us to take an evening trip into the city. Relatively close to the airport made arriving and departing easy. And the area felt safe to walk in. We all got a lot of work done as we reconnected and enjoyed each others' company. And our host responded quickly to our questions! Overall, a great stay.
