Luxury Living: High-Rise Balcony 2 Mi to Dtwn ATL

Check-in was easy. The property owner responded very quickly. Location was ok. Neighborhood was a little loud with music and random fights. Garage parking was tight for a standard SUV. And getting in and out of the garage is tough. Especially with the neighbors cars parked in front of their buildings. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived and it looked like someone had taken a nap on the couch shortly before. Pillows and blanket on the couch. We did not contact the property owner, just started the dishwasher and moved the blanket/pillows. Not a big issue, just odd. Overall the property was decent. Rooftop area was nice. And home was nicely decorated.

The property was excellent. Our only issue was with the parking. Though there is a two car garage, it is not easily accessible due to the other units.All in all an excellent unit and we would definitely stay there again.

Very nice choice. Absolutely spectacular location -- can walk within a half hour to a series of major places including MLK's neighborhood, the Carter library, Millennium Park. It's what one might call a transitional neighborhood, with some rougher patches, but overall it's gentrifying in almost all directions and seems generally safe and pleasant to walk through. And the place itself seems to be brand-new construction, spread across four floors, with terrific views from the top deck. We found parking a little tricky because the entrance road, lot and garage entrance are all quite tight, but generally manageable. The place also looks like typical new construction -- quite good looking for now but perhaps won't last long, but should be fine for a decade or so. The hosts had pretty much all the necessities in place, and were quite open to communication if we needed anything, which we didn't. We liked it a lot, and glad for the choice.

Very spacious and walking distance to most things. There were 5 of us as we loved the living space for our visit to Atlanta

The property is beautiful and clean just as listed. We got lost but we were able to contact the property owner quickly which was a big plus. If you have bad knees don’t book since this place have stairs. The only thing we had a major issue is that the property is in the hood. I mean every morning we heard someone out at 6 am hollering, cursing. Dealers/crackheads in the corner. The property owners left that out. It was convenient and close to get to the braves stadium but will not return when we come back next year.

The townhouse was beautiful and well kept. Everything we needed was there! There are stairs, a lot of stairs, but it was worth it. And if you're from a small town like me, don't let the area scare you like it did me (I'm just not used to the big city!). We had no issues whatsoever during our stay. The owner was responsive when I messaged him. Definitely a wonderful experience!

We truly enjoyed the comfort peace and quiet. The beds were wonderful giving everyone quality rest The closeness to the sights and sounds of the city made our stay perfect. We would reserve this home again

Fantastic location, very clean and lots of space. The only thing I would suggest would be to add wash clothes and kitchen towels to the unit. Loved the place and the check in process was a breeze!

This detached townhome was perfect for our recent stay with family, including a senior, who was able to sleep on the 1st level and have a private bath. The home has been decorated really nice throughout and has comfortable couches for lounging. Also helps with a bathroom for every bedroom plus 2 extra half baths, so made it easy to get ready for events. Double garage ideal for 2 vehicles and we also were able to park on the street. It was also conveniently located and easy to get to other parts of Atlanta.The view from the 4th floor was beautiful at sunset!We would stay here again if we're coming to Atlanta! We've also shared with others looking for a nice rental!
