We went with a couple of friends and kids. Absolutely loved this place. Gorgeous, really well furnished, really appreciated the amount and quality of the kitchenware. The outdoors are awesome. There was some accessories available for a baby ... Definitely would love to rent it again.
A few of us runners stayed here and it was a great home. There was a ton of space and the backyard was awesome. A quick note that for some people the address took them to a different home. I recommend only using Google maps when mapping your way there.
We had a great stay at this property! Great location and very spacious house and backyard for entertaining our family all weekend.
Beautiful house, quiet neighborhood. Property manager was very nice and helpful with my questions. Everything was clean, and beds were comfy.
We enjoyed the home. Our kids loved the hot tub. Having the heated garage was great! A few things could have been a bit more buttoned up, but overall a great stay. Close to Ski Cooper, Copper Mountain and Vail.
Perfect location for a ski trip to Ski Cooper or Copper Mountain. House was just as advertised, very clean, well equipped, questions were answered quickly, and the hot tub was perfect!
Very nice. Comfortable and clean. Would recommend for families.
House was clean, location was great, and we really enjoyed the hot tub as well.
Overall it was good we had fun and it worked because of the locations where we were skiing. Fireplace didn’t work and nobody let us know ahead of time. Basement was freezing it never warmed up, and 3 of the 4 bedrooms are in the basement. No rug when you walk in from garage and actually no where to wipe feet when you come in from the snow we had to use a beach towel we brought so we could wipe our shoes/snowboots so we wouldn’t constantly be tracking in snow to go downstairs and take your shoes off. It’s the attention to detail that is lacking. I think we had 9 towels for the 10 of us. When the house easily sleeps 12 I feel towels should not be limited. Kitchen could really use some more basic cookware. It had an abundance of plates, cups and bowls but no cookie sheets, no colander, no measuring cups things like that. Neighbors clearly do not care for homeowners and that was expressed to us! One shovel to try and clear the driveway and decks off! Again the attention to detail needs to be better. It was clean and decorated very nice. The sectional is a pain in the butt the three pieces don’t attach to each other so if you are not careful you will fall.
I was planning a trip to the mountains with two other families (4 kids, 1 baby, and 5 adults total) and this place was pretty much perfect. The 4 kids loved the bunk bed room and every set of parents had a room to themselves. The master bedroom upstairs was very spacious and worked well with the baby. There was always plenty of room for everyone when we were just hanging out at the house. The kitchen was well equipped enough for cooking multiple breakfasts and big dinners. The hot tub in the snow was also a surprise hit with the older kiddos, and there were enough showers and baths to accommodate everyone afterwards. The sleeping situation worked out well enough with the caveat that the furnace is right by the 2 basement bedrooms so the heat kicking on was a bit disruptive at night - play some white noise and you'll be good.
We had a great stay in Leadville. The house is very nice, well equipped even to plenty of spices and condiments.
My family had a fabulous time - we had zero problems with the house, the check in/out, or communicating with the property management team. Plan to return soon.
