The house is located in a good location, around restaurants, near Disney Downtown & parks. The hosts were friendly and prompt to questions. The game room was a must for kids, since the weather turned out to be cold! hot tub and pool were clean & treated. Overall our experience was good.

Great game room for a cold or rainy day. Pool was nice and warm until temps reached the 40’s. Quiet neighborhood!

all was great and many times we've gotten screwed with spa issues and here we did not and the guys all agreed best beds we've had from comfort compared to other places the host was amazing and always there to help we'll be staying there again

Overall a nice stay, host was responsive and it was pretty centrally located to the parks and other activities we were doing (midieval times, Gatorland, manatee viewing)

Home was as advertised. Very roomy, great patio area with pool and jacuzzi. And the hosts were excellent. Communicating and making sure everything was as expected

This host thought of everything for families! The pool and hot tub were clean with the perfect temperatures. The game room was a huge hit! The whole home was clean and comfortable. Our host responded quickly and checked in on us to make sure we had what we needed. Great stay!

This was our first house rental experience. Our family met up for Thanksgiving. And this was a great property and decent location. The game room and the lights/decor/set up of the pool/hot tub area were lovely. There was even a grill which we were not expecting. Our 8 and 11 year old stayed entertained while the adults socialized. My kids actually asked to leave SeaWorld early to go back to the house. Also, the host was very helpful and responsive.

The house was amazing, it had everything that we amazing. We really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The house was extremely lean and that's always a plus. We will definitely recommend this place to everyone

Out of many vrbos we have booked over the years, this was our favorite. Check in as well as check out were super easy and the house was very clean. The beds have comfortable mattress toppers and the showers were really nice, hot and with great water pressure. The house was very well equipped. The location worked perfectly for our group of 5 as a home base for our trips to Universal and Magic Kingdom. The pool, hot tub and game room were so fun for all of us. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. I really would be hard pressed to say anything negative. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, well kept, 5 bedroom house in Kissimmee. It was nice to have private pool and hot tub to relax in before and after long days running around Florida. Gated community quiet and well kept. It was about 30 minutes from attractions. Give an extra 15 minutes or more for traffic. We enjoyed ourselves. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was nice that after a day of adventuring we could come back to the Vrbo and the kids could swim or play games in the arcade. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was great for visiting family and for going to Universal Studios. I recommend this house for your next trip.

Jacuzzi and pool were great! My only complaint was the coffee unit. The coffe maker did not work and the hot water maker would trip the surge surpressor. Unfortunately im a big coffee person and that part was bad for me. Other than that everything was gtrat!

The game room, pool and hot tub at the house added extra fun to our Disney vacation. The house had everything we needed and we were happy with the rental.
