The owner was very quick to answer my questions and very helpful with local advice. The house was spotless and had everything we needed and more. The kitchen area was a great social area and had plenty of all you needed to do a bit of breakfast cooking, (which is all we did cook.) There's was a few supplies in the fridge and coupboards which was a lovely touch. The bathroom on every floor made it easy when we were all getting ready to go out. The beds were comfy and having the drive to park on was fantastic. We would definitely boom again if we are in this area.

we chose this location due to the proximity to the stadium for an NFL game. Not the greatest Neighborhood (just fine compared to American bad neighborhoods), but that has nothing to do with the property or its management, which are great.

We loved our stay in London and Francesca was a great host. House was spacious and suited our family of 8 people (6 adults and 2 kids) and we knew when booking but is around 40-50min bus plus subway trip from heart of downtown but as long as you are aware of that the house is 0.3miles and 0.1 miles away from 2 bus stops we used. Several small but nice grocery stores nearby that we used and house was very clean and stocked with both essentials as well as some extra food items which was handy and very kind of host. We didn’t mind getting walking in with kids and bus stop locations were safe. We also used Uber some while there for food and taxi service and in an area that is quickly serviced. Recommend property and would visit again.

Not many properties have 5+ bedrooms. This one works well. Our host responded quickly and clearly to all communucations. The house was spotlessly clean. Butter, milk and juice in the fridge to welcome us - thank you, very thoughtful. Really handy to have 2+ parking spaces on the drive - not something you get with most places. Everything just worked smoothly. Must mention the nearby Indian restaurant, Mint Leaf. It is take-away only, but offer collection or delivery. It is 5 minutes walk from the house and the food we got was delicious. We would very happily return to this lovely house.

London has a lot to offer, we just couldn’t find the better things without a guide. I recommend a gooood travel agent

We stayed for one week and felt very comfortable. We were a big family with 12 persons.

First thing you need to know about London- no matter the day off the week, no matter the time of day - traffic is terrible. Everyone else about the holiday was enjoyable. We walked to Tottenham Stadium to watch Dier give away the go ahead goal to Salah. That was unfortunate but we say a great game. Communication was great. Jess

Property was close to public transportation, offered plenty of space for our guests, was neat clean and fairly priced.

A lovely house with everything a family requires, especially if it is only one night as in our case. We didn’t have time to get milk or think about provisions for breakfast so the cereal packets, milk, fruit juice and bread, butter, jam etc were perfect! We were travelling into London for the day and the owner very kindly let us get into the house earlier in the morning as there was no one staying the previous night. There was easy parking for two cars plus plenty of further parking in the street. The bus stop is within a couple of minute walk which took us to one of two tube stations. Seeing as we had two toddlers with us we didn’t do too bad using public transport, something that we are not used to coming from the south. Overall, a very nice stay and would recommend the house particularly if like us you have a large party with two toddlers and need a short stay and don’t want the hassle of hotel rooms. We got back from a day in London, put the toddlers to bed upstairs and cracked open a couple of bottles of wine...bliss! Thank you Francesca !
