This was one of the best VRBO homes we have ever stayed at. The location was great, the house was fantastic, the views were spectacular, and we would definitely highly recommend this property and would stay here again. The home was warm, clean, beds were comfortable....I can't think of a single thing that we didn't like. The kitchen was well stocked, even with some left over items like ketchup, etc...things we didn't have to buy at the store for our 4 night stay. Master suite was large and beautiful, and the Casita was a nice unit with everything you would need included in it. Liked everything about this home. Nice outside front area for seating and a power awning to keep the sun off of us when we were using it.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was in a perfect location—close to trails and town, which made it super convenient for everything we wanted to do. The property itself was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The pool was a bit small and not heated, and the gas fireplace wasn’t working during our visit, but overall, it was an excellent property and we would definitely stay here again.

Two couples enjoyed this home very much. It was much nicer than the photos which were also nice. Plenty of bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, spectacular views of the Red Rocks from inside the house and out. Secluded location and not far from the downtown area and hiking trails. The home has passes to use for the trail parking.Lots of towels in the bathrooms to use. Great movie room with comfy recliners for four, with very large bean bag.Mgmt company responsive. Check with them how to handle garbage. We didn’t use the casita (which was nice), pool or backyard area. I would highly recommend this house for a wonderful stay in Sedona.

Overall we were very satisfied with the property. Our only real complaint was the pool. The pool is much smaller than it appears in the pictures. I have been in bigger hot tubs. And unlike a hot tub, I guess because it’s not heated, it was very cold. We stayed the first week of October. Days were upper 80’s to low 90’s. Nights maybe in the 50’s. Pool felt like the 50’s. Plus it looked like there was originally an upper area and waterfall type feature down to actual pool. But upper area is now filled in with tall, weedy looking grasses. Not as attractive as a water feature. Pool deck so small you can barely walk around the chairs. And miscellaneous stuff on deck that we couldn’t identify. Listing should almost be updated to reflect no pool. But if you don’t want a pool,it’s a great property.

We chose this home BECAUSE of the private pool, a very special quality, but it was freezing cold and totally useless. Perhaps it's in the fine print, but I don't see unheated in the listing. We would not have selected this property if we had known that. The house is beautiful and in a great location, but if you are paying more for a pool, it should be useable. We tried...did the just jump in and move around until you get used to it technique, but it was so cold we could not get used to it. Extremely disappointing. One other significant disappointment was that the casita was unusable because of mosquitos. We were a party of three women and one was going to use the casita. Mosquitos were buzzing around her and biting her as she was unpacking, so bad that she brought her stuff in the house and used the office with the Murphy bed. Not the accommodations we had planned on. I contacted management and they said there isn't anything they can do about mosquitos because they fly. Then they asked us to inspect the screens and let them know if there are holes or anything. Shouldn't they do that? Not the kind of management I would want if I owned that beautiful home. There are plenty of other beautiful homes to stay in, so this one should have a useable pool and casita since those features make it stand out.

The property was everything that was described and so much more. The peacefulness of this property was beyond anything we expected. We do plan on coming back in 2025. Foothills Property Management went above and beyond with their immediate responses, to my many questions. They were professional and caring of my concerns. This was our first time using VRBO, and couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you!
