Luxury home with private hot tub, bikes & fireplace - quarry pool & tennis access

We loved this house, and stayed here for five nights with a family of 11 including four couples, and two small children. Location is excellent and quiet. The use of the Quarry pool was one of our favorite parts of it. There was so much room downstairs that we would easily have room to entertain in the evening with family that were local. Great outdoor furniture for the back as well.

We stayed at this home with another family - 4 adults and 4 kids, aged 1-4. The house was perfect. Kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed. House was mostly child proof and there were even unbreakable plates/cups for the kids. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. There was plenty of space to keep the chaos low. The house stayed cool despite the 99 degree weather. The outdoor patio is perfect - parents were able to lounge while the kids played (they loved the bark dust and we brough a bubble machine. There was even a soccer ball in the garage for them to play with in the backyard). The highlight was the Quarry pool which is very geared toward families - pool is zero entry, maxes out at 5' depth, fun slide that's great for 4 year olds. Only pool downside is that there is no lifeguard on duty and the beverage service is very slow (wait time 30-60 minutes). The other part that isn't clear from the description is that there is no access to the new pool/bowling/etc area (Forest House) at Caldera Springs. That is for homeowners and guests who book directly with Sunriver. You also cannot visit the other sunriver pools (the lodge) without booking directly with sunriver. Our only nit about the house itself is that we could not find a broom/dustpan anywhere. There was, however, a vacuum and mop.

This place was amazing for our adult family of 8 and provided everything needed. It was comfortable clean in a great location and very spacious! Return trip is already being planned!

This house was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 4 kids. Very spacious and great location. The kitchen was well equipped and the bikes were a plus. My only suggestion would be to upgrade/ refresh the bedding. We loved the Quarry Pool. Vacasa staff communicated well and made sure everything went smoothly. We would stay here again!

Beautiful home, comfortable, great location. Perfect for our family of 11

I rented this home to have a gathering for our family to celebrate the 70th birthday of my wife and her twin brother. We had 9 adults and one 3 month old infant. The house worked out perfectly for our needs. Our grown children were still working remotely and the WIFI handled all of our demands (once we discovered there was a 5G option). We took advantage of the hot tub, ping pong table, bicycles, barbecue, Quandary Pool & Rec Center, etc. Location was great with easy access to the Sunriver Village. This home also has a very well equiped kitchen. I would definitely rent this home again

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy home. The layout is perfect with high sealing and open floor plan with two dinning table good for bigger groups. Each room has its own bathroom made it convenient and privet. The location of the home is good and convenient to get in and out of the gated communit. There were good amounts of towels in each room. The kitchen was full with all that you would need to cook with. We are pleased with this home. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was lovely and well stocked. Unfortunately we were only able to stay the first night of our booked 5 night stay due to a leak in the master bedroom floor. The jets in the spa did not work either. VACASA was accommodating finding us another home of equal size and they were able to provide us with bikes and a tire pump. We would definitely like to return to this house in the future.

House was great for my wife and I, my son and his family, and my daughter and her family. A beautiful home in a great setting. At breakfast one morning we watched a herd( at least two dozen) of elk gallop by the side of the house to the back yard area. Kids loved it.
