    The location and rental were amazing. We loved the house. The rental company was horrible to deal with. We didn’t not have the basic amenities when we arrived and when we called about them it was never taken care of. We also were without one of the included bikes until the last day off the trip because of a flat tire but they never even called us back when we tried to get it fixed. Our garage door also did not work for tow of the days. This is a big deal when you need to get things especially bikes in and out. Over all we loved the house but would never book with that rental company again.

    The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Our family had a wonderful time. Only complaint was cleanliness. All the floors seemed to not have been mopped in a long time. All of our feet turned black from walking around on dirty floors.

    Loved everything about property except that you could only lease golf cart from one vendor. We needed a cart as my daughter has CP and that vendor was booked out. They should allow all vendors.

    Upon arrival the garage did not work and no one was available to come until the following day. Being the middle unit you had to walk around another vehicle, down the side of the building to the unit door to bring in your luggage/beach gear. Staying a week with three kids needless to say we had a car full of stuff to lug in. We were then greeted by fruit flies. Not just downstairs but upstairs in the bedrooms as well. Upon taking out our first bag of trash we discovered the trash cans in the garage were still full from past visitors which was covered in fruit flies. We were not offered any type of help with this issue and when alerting the property manager I was told, “sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for the feedback.” We have been to many properties on 30A and my six year old said this was the worst beach house ever. Very disappointed in the lack of help with the fruit fly problem.

    Very nice place. All according to pictures. Nice location and easy access. I would reduce number of emails and steps pre-vacation: I had to fill and sign two different forms/contracts after payment and still it took too long to receive check in instructions. I received them at 9pm on checking date. The wifi is not stable. Everything else was great! Would gladly come back.

    We loved our stay at the salty mermaid! Family of 5 plus Grandma. Plenty of room for all and we loved the location!! Walking distance to the Big Chill which has great shopping/food and entertainment! Quick rides to the beaches and loved driving down 30A to visit all the other towns.

    This is the second time we stayed in Prominence and our unit was fantastic. We had such a great time using the golf cart it worked great. The pool is always perfect after a long day at the beach. This is our favorite spot in Florida and we will definitely be coming back and staying in this neighborhood again!

    The overall stay was great! We really enjoyed the property and location. We have a few suggestions of items that we wished would've been provided. 1. Wifi info/passwords on the laminated sheet that was on the kitchen counter. I know this info was in the email but it would've been much more convenient to have it accessible for our entire group right as we walked in. 2. Check out instructions on the laminated sheet. 3. A small container of clothes detergent in the laundry room. 4. Shampoo and conditioner 5. Hangers 6. A hairdryer in the master bathroom 7. Filters for the coffee maker 8. We had issues with the golf cart charging cord not working. We had to call twice to get a replacement delivered. In the interim, we had to ask the neighbor to borrow theirs. All in all it was a wonderful property that we would rent again. Thanks!
