Beautiful home! We really enjoyed the pool and relaxing atmosphere of the home. The owner was great and was very quick to help with any questions we had.

Our stay was amazing and the view out back was beautiful. The house was very well kept and offered all the amenities we needed! Our kids really enjoyed the pool too! We would recommend this house to anyone that is looking for a peaceful time away and would definitely rent this house again!

This was our first Marco visit staying at a private home. After almost 10 years staying at the JW Marriott, where we got tired of always staking our morning claim at the pool, etc., we wanted to try something different. This house was great, with arguably one of the best inland water views for caring the evening sunset sky. Although there were some early-in minor spa issues. Rick worked hard to get them resolved as quickly as possible. This is a beautiful, comfortable, well-equipped home, perfect for my wife and I, and our 2 adult daughters, there would have been room for more, but our fit was perfect. Rick and Liz are great, caring people. You will not be sorry if you rent this beautiful home in a great location.

- great space and layout - nice view of the water - Rick (owner) was a pleasure to rent from. He wanted to make sure our stay was the best it could be. There were a few minor items to address and he was very responsive and resolved them. - the house is right off of San Marco Road which makes it easy to get anywhere you want to go - short bike ride to beach access

Rick and Liz have a beautiful home. It was clean, orderly with plenty of kitchenware and beach amenities. The furniture was is in great shape with all appliances is good working order. The highlight was the pool/spa and the view, just amazing. We have stayed at other homes in Marco Island and this is our top choice and will plan on returning. Rick was great to work with and willing to help out whenever necessary. Thank you both for allowing us to stay at your home especially as indicated in the title for me to get that diagnoses from my Doctor. Best Len

The house was perfect for us! Location couldn't have been better for us, easy access to anywhere we wanted to go. Was able to watch dolphins right from the dock and used the outdoor space a ton! Communication with the owners was very easy and they were very accommodating! Cant say enough good things about our stay!

This home was absolutely perfect for our stay. Plenty of room inside and a beautiful lanai and pool outside to enjoy all day and/or evening. The view was amazing, the neighborhood is quiet and easily accessible to all points in Marco. The home came with everything you needed. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach bags and beach cart and cooler(s) making the beach a much more pleasant experience. The home also had fishing gear, we got some extra hooks and some bait. We had some luck catching smaller fish right off the dock!! The house was very clean and had plenty of pool, shower and beach towels. The owners were had great communication as well. The few minor issues/questionswe had were answered right away. I would recommend this home to amybody looking to enjoy the Marco Ilsand/Naples area!!

We had a wonderful vacation here! Just as pictured in the listing. Owners were easy to reach and so accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Your Home is very Attractive/very clean/nice & cool/ pool great. Some bug's in the Kitchen & Bathroom. The Shower needs a stool/ Handle Bar & a lift off Shower -Spritz for rinsing off. Your floor was hard on our feet. A Rug would take care off that!!The Toilet needs privacy!!! A Shower Curtains would Due!! Disappointed not able to park car in Garage!! The Fee of $200 for a Cat was very HIGH!! our stay was only for a few day's!! Loved using the Dining Room for the 4th July & our 60th Wedding -Anniversary!! The Front Door Lock seams to loose!!Be Careful!!!

Very nice home. The decor is a little out of date, but i am not buying the place so that didn't matter. We felt right at home and the host responded right away if we needed anything. We had a great time . Thank you
