Luxury Home w/ Private Pool & Hot Tub in North Beach Resort & Villas - Only 150 Yards to Pools/Beach

Absolutely not worth it. Would not recommend this property and certainly will never book with itrip again. Terrible customer service. Very bad experience. Amenities and accommodations do not meet price point.

This house is beautiful. It sits on the corner of a cul de sac and even though there are houses on either side, the backyard area is very private which is very nice. Having your own private pool and hot tub is an amazing amenity. Swimming in the pool during the day and winding down in the hot tub in the evenings were some of our favorite activities. It's not a long walk to the resort pools and beach, but if you don't want to walk, take advantage of the free shuttle. This resort is directly across from Barefoot Landing which is quite convenient. Booking through Itrip is so easy. Check in and check out is a breeze. We book through them every time we come to the beach. You're going to love the customer service and you're going to love this house.

Once again this property meets all our requirements! Close to all the exceptional golf courses, great restaurants a pool and hot tub for relaxation on site and a comfortable den to enjoy college and NFL games. The registration process is seamless and the house is always immaculate! We are already looking forward to next year!!

No gas for grill nite number one. Electric stove is hard to cook on. Moldy stuff on living room ceiling. Cheap pillows on beds.

Wonderful week. House was exactly like advertised. Pool and hot tub were amazing. Spent our mornings at the beach (quick 5 minute walk). Afternoons at the house in pool. Few of our group visited the pool area at high rises (which is included with the stay). We had four (4) of our five (5) children with us…. A son-in-law…. A girlfriend…. And three (3) grandchildren. The house was plenty big enough. Having four (4) bathrooms was great. The weather app said rain every day - but we had beautiful weather every day. Had a tropical strong blow through on Saturday night… lots of rain and wind - then Sunday was a bit cloudy and the rest of our vacation was 85 and sunny. Only complaint was the grill was filthy…. No worries-we just didn’t use it. Had absolutely no impact on our stay! Would certainly recommend and would rent again. Thank you for helping us create ever lasting family memories!!!!

Great rental in a good location close to many activities and the beach. The pool area is fabulous , house is so spacious and has everything you need. Hope to stay again soon.

We stayed at this home for a quick spring break. The house is more spacious than the pictures showed. It was perfect for my family! I would stay here again if they get new mattresses and mopped the floors. The king mattress in the main suite was terrible to sleep on. Good thing I was exhausted every night and could have fallen asleep basically anywhere. It felt like I was sleeping on straight springs, absolutely no cushion between it. We also thought they were being ridiculous when they told us we had to bring our own blankets but they weren’t — there was no blanket. Also, you have to walk around the house with shoes on. If you don’t the bottom of your feet will quickly turn black or your shocks will get ruined.Overall, it was a nice stay! I loved the house and location.

Clean, spacious, close to Tower, quiet, safe, Master bedroom on the 1st floor for those who can't do steps. This property is true to its photos and ads. Now one of my favorites!

We enjoyed the house tremendously! It was cozy, plenty of room. The pool and hot tub was great. Very convenient location, was close to all the restaurants and shops..Had a wonderful stay!

I rented 4 houses for a large golf trip- all were perfect.

This is our second year staying in this wonderful home and it will be regular home away from home each and every year. The management team is professional, courteous and responds quickly to any concerns. It is located in an ideal location for golf, restaurants and the beach.

Let’s start by saying the house is nothing like advertised and with how much you pay for it I would avoid at all cost. The house was extremely dirty; cobwebs in every corner of the house, sticky counters, carpet filthy, all rooms and bathrooms were dirty and sticky, dead bugs all over the closed in porch, etc. There was a bad mold problem on the ceiling in the living room. Bed in master room frame was completely broken and other furniture was broken as well. The owner was completely rude when asked to address the issues. I would never book this place or through itrip again! Avoid this place.

The home was in a beautiful neighborhood in a great location with easy access to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and more! Check in and check out was easy and staff was awesome!

Had an awesome amazing Memorial Day weekend at the Salt Creek property. Beautiful home with every accommodation needed for the perfect stay. The most honorable part of all is how honest & professional the staff is. I left a very expensive robe on the back of the bathroom door & when I called about it after returning 8 hours back home, it had been retrieved & safeguarded until it was picked up. See most places would have denied finding it. This is a MUST stay for your family fun filled vacation!

This place is awesome. Exactly what we needed for a golf trip. Pool is awesome. Lots of rooms. Great location. Nice to have access to the resort as well which is a 5 minute walk away. Would highly recommend!
